Mysterious strangers 1st stranger: I know him in year 2000 at Canning college. He is Mr Teh. Cool and quiet. He is always sitting alone in the library with a book in front of him. I was really playful and we became good friend. Whenever i asked him, "Why are you working so hard? Let's go out have some fun". He will shake his head (NO ). One day, he said, "You are a smart person, u should know". I kept quiet and slowly walked away. Many laughed and think him as a geek. Some even ridiculously think he is a gal (coz of his long hair). Today, he is one of the top research student in ANU. 2nd stranger: I know him in year 2003 at Curtin university. He is Mr Fu. The tall, silly, teacher-like look. He doesnt even speak to any gals in the university. Sometimes, i even see him sleeping in the library. One day i asked a friend of mine introduce him to me as a friend (since hes so difficult to be approached). And so this guy told me, "one day i will do brilliant thing !" I laughed and said,"dont day-dream ! You are only 2nd year university student". Today, he graduated as average mark 90+ scored as the top student in the university, IPRS scholarship holder. Currently make brilliant researches of substituting fuel with other materials. His name spread across the two continents. 3rd stranger: I know him in asiafriendfinder in year 2006. He is Dr "I". The observant, modest doctor currently works hard in one of the hospital in sydney. The person who has pointed out several of my weaknesses and even made many constructive suggestions. A brilliant doctor that saves many more lives. In the middle of pursuing his specialist field. many more........ etc. ============================================================ I am thankful for these 3 strangers who made my life much more complete. (Especially the 2nd stranger who is currently my partner) hehehe. Do not laugh at those who dreams. They are those that have BIG dream. High achievers. They are those that improves our daily lives. To those who works hard, you deserve to be recognised. I hope many more wonderful strangers enter my life. Thank you. |

Toukki, When I was in college, my college bf had a roomate who was in his second year and very studious. He was Chinese. One day he motioned me near. He showed me a book of pressed leaves. Then he smiled and said, "This is MY girlfriend." He chose well, as the next month he was offered a job in a company and he hadn't even finished school! Pup

Do not laugh at those who dreams. They are those that have BIG dream. High achievers. They are those that improves our daily lives. Toukki, I like and agree these lines. Dreamers, esp free,wild dreamers are also creators and innovators. Real dreamers not only dream but practise their dreams. Thank you for this excellent post. very good and these words you write are very true...Do not laugh at those who dreams. They are those that have BIG dream. High achievers. They are those that improves our daily lives. To those who works hard, you deserve to be recognised. Even the most very very rich people started with a dream ,they followed it and believed it and it came alive with hard work and their dreams came true.Dreams are good for us as they are our goals to,to achieve the best we can ever be.I like thois post as it shows we can be who we like if we dream and achieve our goals in life.
