A night to remember... I'm in bed with my laptop and a small-fragranced candle burning. I'm feeling extremely relaxed tonight. The bed is incredibly comfortable. This room is the sweetest and prettiest room I have ever owned. The radio is playing my favorite CD. There are pretty new rugs on the floor. I have the internet and am surrounded by things I love. ~wow~. Tonight, I cooked pasta for dinner and had it with you. You are… well… I have only just begun to see you again this past weekend, so my words are forming, still. But, already, I like your energy and your character, and you do have character. In one evening, I laughed and smiled. There were many wonderful moments, but I am remembering, most especially, the taste of the pasta sauce on your lips. And I am remembering, most warmly, sitting on the sofa cuddling by you watching our favorite TV programs. Later the night, you have to return home for work tomorrow, and I was standing at the door watching you without a blink till you get onto your car…blushing a little at our appreciation of two people coming together easily again... The easiness allows us, hand-in-hand, walking back and forth on the driveway for almost an hour, and I will love, with all my heart, one final time for you. For me. This is the first night in a very long time that I have eaten well and complete. This is the first night in a very long time I write about you… in my happiest mood.
