Oddly enough, I do have remedies for poor memories. Chinese green tea and white tea both are known to fight Alzheimer's disease, but of course, there is an ancient meal known to improve the memory. It consists of baked fish (seasoned with lots of sage), fresh fruits and ginseng tea. St.John's Wort is known to improve concentration, and of course, exercise for the mind also helps. A few word problems a day really help the mind to focus on problems. Try working a crossword puzzle or some other games that test your memory or problem solving skills. Many Blessings. Bear.
