Winds of hot

I wandered out of the office and popped into the hot summer street.

Wow, sub-tropical Macau is like tropical Bangkok, the hustle bustle wave of crowd and winds of hot puff straight onto me! Well, only several days ago, the whole city was shaking in a cool stormy thunder weather!

Winds of hot, what do you expect?

On the air-conditioned bus, a blonde European youngster was reading his maplet, on his back was carrying a whole wandering home - so tall, so huge that he's almost buried in it!

I thought, he might be looking for a bed in the quaint Rua Felicidade in an old wood-shanty inn, very likely as it s/b full in peak season. Why, there's just no simple, cheap, chic B&B (Bed and breakfast) in Macau? Why a hostel and inn license by bloody Macau govnt is so much a dream? Like Koh San Road in Bkk, the paradise for backpackers, they flourish. And it facilitate young people's travel dreams and wants.

But here, this gambler's city...

Stop. He stood up shouldering his huge backpack yet his maplet fell onto the floor. Before I decided to stall up to help, he bent down, heavily, already.

I jumped down the bus, beholding another two westerner younth holding maps and checking - they may be looking for B&B hostel again. I wanted to offer help, but I didn't and just walked by.

Are attitudes like mine (and ppl like me) making our place and the world in vain waiting for betterment?

Oh, just bcoz of my blooded Chinese thinking way.

It makes me inpositive, unwilling to take initiative. If I came up without being asked, my ladyhood reservedness is hurt. I would look like a woman tauting...

Yeah, i think that's it. So even if i saw a guy very attractive and look interesting to me, I would never greet him - but if he greeted me, I would have some brief decent conversation. And that's it.

The main point for this posting is that I lament there's no B&B hostel here at all, though I thought to open one, but license is a huge problem.

Sure, i am one of the ugly Chinesemen, speaking but actless. It's our attitudes contributing to our society.

I also lament for myself and many other ppl like me.
