Catch him! But Evil Wins.

In the Party committee, the body that runs government affairs of a Chinese Southern medium city, there are two sects, one sect, the majority, supports the President M, who is thought to be more integrated and justiced ; the other sect, supports the vice-president L, a foxy, cunning, corrupted guy. The two sects respectively want to topple down the other. But both M and L have protection umbrella fm the upper provincial level, making the wrestling at a deadlock.

There are many complaints inside the gvnmt and fm citizens, abt L - he receives bribe and he does bad, unhonest things. One day, sect M gets reliable, useful infomation that L goes to Macau gamble a lot. He writes a report to the upper level abt L's gambling acts. A team is sent to investigate w/ the Customs for L's exit/entry record to/fm Macau. Yet nothing was found. Ironically, they found M went to Macau several times fm the Customs record. Sect L bites back. Sadly, M has to leave and gives his presidency to L, his upright supporters are stunned.

M wants to catch L, but ends up catching himself. A satir: The thief calls to catch the theif.

This story tells us: in politics, ususlly the more cunning, evil side wins by tricks.

But do you know why there's no L's customs entry/exit record?
