Crazy Hypothesis: Dont Dress But Be Nude

士為知己者死, 女為悅己者容.
A gentleman dies for whom understands him; a gentlewoman dresses for whom pleases her.

Women, pls read; men, pls keep your eye off.

Above in bold is a Chinese ancient quote, partly reducing a woman to a vase. But if i add more words like this:

A gentlewoman dresses for whom pleases her and dresses to please herself.

Isnt it better?

Dressing up beautifully is pleasant. A woman would feel lighter, gracer, happy mood.

Guess every girl/woman must have a big collection of clothes and accessories. And would spend some little time on how to dress in the morning and in the evening, whirling before the mirror, dressing and undressing until a final set is decided.

A woman in love pays special attention in her dressing becoz she naturally wants to radiate her utmost beauty before love. Yet, no need that much dressing. The glamour all over her, in every small expression explicitly adds to her beauty. That's "the corner of the mouth contains spring in it; the face is as pretty as peach flower."

Well, a woman who fully recognize her own value would also dress up, just to self-please and feel good. She doesnt need a lover, an appreciator. She is her own love and she know how to appreciate. Love is not loved.

These days i have spent some money on some chic colorful dresses for summer, on top of those that I've never showed out. Picking up my dressing this morning, taking off pajama and looking into mirror, this crazy thought came to me:

Why put something on the body? Nudity is so nice. The ultimate thing you do with whom please you is to take off the clothes. Till then you two wont spend a minute on complimenting what you dress, but on the bodies themselves.

So, dont dress, be nude as possible as you could. Both body and mind. Perfectly.

Oh, to this point, i pitied for my money (which i sacrificed my time to earn) used on those meaningless dresses, while i looked into my naked reflection in the mirror.

pic. my dressing today.

Interestly, I also thought of getting naked this morning. And I told my husband that we should go undress today just for the fun of it! Being familiar with our body is one thing, but having an intentional thought of examining, appreciating, and fooling around with it is another matter.

What makes us unique from one another? Our body, or our mind? Without our mind, our body is useless. But without our body, what do we use to put on our cloths?

Gosh, it's far more critical than this dilemma "to fish or not to fish?"

Very cool. Sonyia.

The 1st line is quite poetic; 2nd sharp;3rd, both wrong, i mean frankness.

Goan,
Loving naked mind? not naked body? Who said that? Maybe, they say, you must love my naked mind first, o/w, no deal!

"Without our mind, our body is useless. But without our body, what do we use to put on our cloths?'

Hilo, fm what you write, you are a deep lady. I dont know how to answer your philosophic question.

DVC
You are one-eyed man and obsessive linguist - look at your metaphors-

How exciting or how silent to shut up? Only sometimes? meaning that it's not always perfect and enjoyable to think

society is becoming more scared it seems. To be nude i think is to be uninhibitted.I feel God would prefer us to be uninhibitted,as fear is evil.So God would preer us nude as we were made.It must be liberating to be nude, for those who have allowed themselves to be.It matters not what a woman wears, but what is in her eyes, for they are the key to her soul.

some people are naked even when they are dressed..

Caragh, I do like the fact that you are comfortable with the reality, that you may well certainly be appreciated with no dress.. besides, that red looks good on you..
(one day when you get tired of looking, you'll see me)
Clothes, people really should consider what they wear.. it can convey many things.. I can't bear to wear a suit, and it's not tailored properly, It must be done as much exacting as possible..
I lovelight weight clothins, and I generally can put on a pair of painter jean's a good quality tee shirt, kit or not, and sweater.. "clean tennis" and I'm good to go... I like great quality slacks, and nice pressed shirts.. as for shoe's I love the "spit shine". and oh.. my goodness, do I love good socks.. I've bought so many socks, and the lady who clean for me.. mixed them up ... and I had to buy many over again, so now, I make sure they are together, and ask that they only be washed on "gentle sycle".. and only socks with socks, do not mix them in with other clothes..
I recently had many sweater purely messed up by being washed, when I had told them to leave, them they were going to the "cleaners"...

tip, everyone who tells you they do house cleaning.. don't know how??

smile, when we do our choosing, we are mindful of how the person dresses, and how it compliments what we like... sub-conciencously..

I'm not down for a "public bath"... that's a lot of "germs" being spread... wht kind of germenation do they put in the water..??

I'm not paranoid, nor some germ freak..... but... that's something I have not investigated, as it's never been something I thought appealing.. but, I could probably sit on the side and enjoy watching the naked women..

Variety is the spice of life. You can change your clothing, but not your body, so clothing can help to keep things interesting. They all do though end up in a mound on the floor in the heat of the moment. lol!

Swallow, I am just a simple woman living a simple life

Touch, thanks for the smile and a smile back

For the ladies, do you have more dresses/skirts or pants? And would you prefer to change your mind or your body (this wouldn't be an issue if you already have a clone)?

Yes. Cara. More fun to change clothes. It can reflect our taste and mood. The pic. here is like clothing. I change it a/c to my mood.

And, contributor friends.

Why not paint our body as a dressing? Do you appreciate piercing on body parts, such as on belly hole, nostril, ect.
