旅行和一个人的旅行 一  旅行心灵无法找到出路时 我会去旅行和 远游 (噢, 往往是感觉爱离我远的时候 去上路 在路上 不断变换的风景 天天新鲜的心情 遗忘日子和时间 我会把爱抛在身后和脑后 但 终将要回来 有一辈子的旅行么? 那叫飘泊 燕子, 零六五六时 二 一个人的旅行一年中, 总有某个时节想一个人去旅行. 心灵的呼唤而已. 上一次一个人的旅行还是在1999年, 半个月, 从陆地到海洋, 小岛到陆地, 渔港到大城, 穿梭海陆空, 神游路路通. 旅行, 一个人和两个人或一组人是大不同的, 看的更多, 感受更大, 更易和人萍水相逢. 一个人的旅行有点放逐的味道但那是全然的自由. 沈从文的湘西已一再拖延, 不知何时可成行. 已发声的九月长程行又要烦签证. 好象越来越陷着不能动了. |

Hong, 对, 单人行, 双人行, 多人行各有滋味; 应该⁓”样都体会. 人的一生是旅行? 有这样好的人生? 因为旅行总是愉快的多, 但人生就苦乐参半. 对我, 旅行是从生活中的抽离.

gourmet, Do the opposite of what Mint is planning..maybe you should exchange places..it is the best time to travel when you have no baggage emotionally . Your words moved me to tears. Always benefited fm your true revealing of your own experience. Some of my close friends also encouraged me to go explore as they think Macau's not so good for me. I've wanted this for some years but just stuck and cant move since 25. Why? i am shaking my head fiercely. Family responsibility? a bit. The reason should be reduced to my own courage to meet change and challenge. Giving up a lifestyle here and immerse totally into a new environment. So funny i am. I just wait to be fired and go on a long journey for one year in the west, Europe, Latin America... And i guess a big difference btw us is that: you have got financial freedom but no freedom in sense of time and responsibility as a mom; me? i've tied myself up in excuse of building financial foundation first. Miserably, i am not good at money management. Currently, my little money is either melted away in stock, soaked up by insurance or loaned to siblings. Now even to apply for a visa to Europe i cant show the embassy a decent account book. Putting aside planning for future, life here is calm and can be said to be relaxed and enjoyable. But deep in my heart, i feel some regret if i was still stuck here like a drifting duckweed until 35, then 40, then 50. Thank you, gourmet.

gourmet, Going to the west of China is also possible for me. If i had chance, i would choose to work/live there. As fortune-tellers said, West is my favorable direction.

Money oriented drive was our last last generations' concern when there's no living opportunity even food in China. Now we have other concerns. East or west, home is best. The world is progressing but racism, culturism, nationalism still exist. Your Toastmasters' friend's case is exceptional. Some quest by a friend to me: If you have decent job and comfortable life here, why should you go to the west to wash dishes, nurse or do teaching odd jobs? or start fm zero to build something. Surely hardship fighting alone. A good friend suggested me study in Birmingham and offered me some help. I never go as UK may not be my like. Brazil, Argentina is also possible for study and travel. Till now never action. Mint is better than me, he's planed to move up next year. I dont have concrete plan. My excuse is: go naturally and be led by this nature. I was invited to Angola by a Chinese construction&oil businessman to help build his office in beginning of 2004. I had got vaccine injection of yellow fever, etc. and was provided visa and airticket but i turned him down at last. Africa is to the west of China  But you never know, you taking this path is happiness or unhappiness. Personally speaking, i have my own limitations in every aspects. A timid wanderer. All that needed is a big turn over of the current status. Yet even if i go for a short year or several years for some new experience, i will return to China for sure coz here is my home and my land. Who knows, future things, let's live today.
