No holiday mood for Labor Day, almost forget it! But last night I had a great moment staying w/ firstly oldie jazz by seniors then passionate jam of accid rock by young men.

When you come over to macau, tell me. Where and how are you planning your golden week? I dont have gold in May.

Thank you oasis. My GM is well, except that is weaker and intaking much less food and mostly congee, oak milk. But still she walks, talks, handwashes clothes and stay around home or nearby, completely taking care of herself except food matters. A pity she cant go to parks to mess up w/ other grannies. Nothing like a cancer-contractor!

i doubt the diagnosis by modern technology. Doctors dont see to patients but aspire to the check-report done by machine!

Swallow,
I am glad to hear that your grandma is doing well. Eating some fruit juice may help, I think. Patients not only need medicine, but also concern and love. Perhaps she can go to parks with a wheelchair. Wish she would be better and better.
I think so too. So, I don't trust doctors too much. Seeing more doctors is usually helpful and more all-sided.
I will be staying with my family and doing some labor on the Labor Day, such as cleaning and doing some housework.
I will tell you if I come over to Macro. I have never been to Macao although I have got a visa. My impression about Macao is wager/gambling. However, I am not interested in gambling. Could you introduce something about Macao when you are free? I am interested in the sea and seafood.

Oasis,

Thank you for your love to my grandma. She can walk by herself, w/ staight back and firm steps, but just that she feel weak so she doesnt want to go to park.

I went to a mountain resort w/ her last weekend.

Some ppl doubt very much abt hospital and doctors. Some say they treat you to death. But, we still need to go. So...

Macau is not only gambling. We have two great beach, one is Hac Sac (black sand). Unique. I swam on Sat. night there. Next to it is great portuguese restaurnat, delicious seafood, fishes, crabs cooked in both portuguese and cantonese way...

Macau's also a world heritage historic centre. It preserves well the old portuguese classic archetechures and Chinese ones, lots of temple, churches, small alleys built hundred of years ago.

Plenty of good food here, come...

DVC,

Your new pic looks like a hippie fm 60s&70s.

Last time in Guangzhou, we tried two hospitals. I was surprised when the doctors never raise his head to look at the pacient but just reports to do diagnosis. I trust more Chinese traditional Medicine, 'Look, Smell, Ask, and Touch the Pulse'. Sad for China, westernized top to bottom, some sxckers even rant to abandon totally Chinese medicine, saying it's 'fake science'.

"Scars are secrets that lovers keep to show to each other" (I like this quote, touching scars...)

As to the old story, nothing to add. But it doesnt apply to everyone in the world, which makes me not completely sad.

Sayhell,

China reforms and succeeds in many factors, but the medical system is up to now disappointing.

All is driven by money.

Patients' energy, life and moeny are consumed due to this drive. They pay high cost medicine, bcoz of the commssion scheme btw hospitals and medicine brokers. They are asked to do unnecessary checks using those radiational machines, asked to do unhelpful surgeries, just to luster the hospitals treasury box.

Thank you for your loving words to my grandma.

Swallow,
One of my relatives had a surgery in her head in Guangzhou. (良性肿瘤,介入疗法,某解放军医院) Her mother sent a red envelope (送红包) with thousands dollars in it to the doctor. The doctor received it with pleasure. However, her mother soon found that she had made a mistake. The doctor was not the doctor who would do the surgery. Then, she had to send another red envelope again. Although a doctor is disallowed to receive patients' red envelopes, in fact, as far as I know, if you don't send a red envelope with enough money in it to the doctors, the doctors will probably treat you very bad just like an animal. I dislike this very much, but if you want to get a good treatment, you may as well prepare a red envelope. Don't forget, the knife is held in the doctor's hand.
I went to the "葡国街" (the Portuguese Street Restaurant) for several times. And I like the "蛋挞" (egg cake). If I go to Macau, I would like to go to the sea and have some seafood, such as what you wrote above. But they must be very expensive.

Oasis,

Very terrible these ugly medical deals. But we are so familiar yet so helpless.

Macau is not expensive at all, great egg tart and sea food, much more cheaper than your portuguese street.

I'll treat you

Swallow,
Some of my relatives are doctors. So, they know how ugly and dark the medical system in some hospitals. They unite together with the "卫生厅". Because if there is a "医疗官司", 人们只能告医院而不能告医生(不知道现在是不是这样),the people have to get a "医疗鉴定" from the "卫生厅". As long as the "卫生厅" 被医院收买了,就告医院不入。

That's good. I look forward to visit macau. I prefer AA system. Now, AA system is rather popular here. What about macau?

when she does not give him what he wants?

DVC, sneaky old lover. How's the skill of giving and controlling the giving? if a woman is happy to give, she still has to stop it for being bad and hold up the bait?

A silly woman, i dont know how to deal w/ these. And i am always willing to give bcoz i feel happy.

Sure i know too much is less precious. But...lots of contradictions.

Oasis,

AA system works well in Macau.

But sometimes, if one is very happy and wants to treat, he/she just tell the person in advance. If agreed, it goes.

Look forward to seeing you appear in Macau streets.
