Reliance it's a very curious things, but always the main reliance is and must be upon ones self. we must not become angered because others can't or don't meet their claims, as often times, some may simply not be aware of what or how to do things, some try in ways that are common to them but may be ineffective for the goals we seek. and there are many other scenario's which come into the mixture; so, we must be discerning about how we seek out our reliance. Duty specific task is what it is, duty specific, but to gain or get a reliance which engages with pre thought, proactive engagments, and the necessary research to make the work they do, meet the application of the models aim.. is a very peculiar thing. the unspoken agendas within people are of a mixed variety of many things, and the challenges within the lives of people confounds sometimes even the simplest of task. Each time and each turn, we will continually find, our task are ours, and any assistance many times, must be given specific task, with clear desired results spelled out.. "especially, when dealing with the inexperienced".. choosing is very much a thing far beyond a courtesy, but more in the line of a great responsibility, and one must too rely on self, to make the choices with such awareness always as a considered point, "unless, one has the time and resources, to train and groom, and even in doing so, the potential who seeks to be trained, must be with a motivation to accept and act on the training. the fine line of friendship and business is always one that must be marched with care and diligent concerns. or "reliance will find suffrage" of a very peculiar sort... Even in relationships... assume not what we think the other "should know", or "should do".. be specific, and speak with clarity of wants, and measure not love, based on the want to think others should assume or read your mind about anything, and you may find less disenchantment, and a greater method of engaging a relationship.. that learns how to share understanding, and how to achieve it equally so.. |
