The Attraction of Sex

It seems that the whole world avoids talking about sex. We have not been educated to learn about it. But when we get to adolescence, we feel that our whole bodies, even the whole lives are full of the desire for sex. So we can see that sex roots deeply in our bodies, which differs from the education of truth and love.

Why is this? What is the attraction of sex?

Men can have different experience in their rutine life -- working, dealing with things and people, earning money for their life, shopping, entertaining, etc. But I dare say that the experience in sex is among the most unforgetable lists. During the process of the experiencing sex, two things we cherish most in our life disaapear: ego and time. We are really get to the stage of "no-mind" and enjoy the perpetual moment.

Well, I am not the advocate exaggerating the experience of sex here. It is part of our life.

How many of you would like to say that you will fall in love with an "asexual"?

Please read Swallow's blog "Lie Down, w/ Your Love & Asexual Unite" first.

The difference between men & boys is the price of the toys.

...or something like that!

"Loving" or taking pleasure in a material item isn't beyond me. As a matter of fact, only recently was I able to afford owning something I wanted for years.
Found myself walking to the window just to admire the shine and form, and was reluctant to remove myself from behind the wheel.

Where women are concerned, asexuality is a "deal breaker"....no way.

Cinder, men enjoy different things at different stages. It is nice as long as you get pleasure from what you own!

There must be some difference in getting pleasure from a matereial item and from a sex experience.

By the way, is your new toy a WBM?!

somnabulist, most people here in Chinese FriendFinder are for their other parts, not just with the desire for sex, but for the spiritual things as well. We need both in our life.

Fantasy, nicely put. It seems most men here are against asexsuality In this Chinese FriendFinder space, ppl enjoy talking abt sex, body, but they seem have less interest in other meaningful things of life and of the world, to my disspointment.

sex/// is by the way which we have all come upon this earth.... and as important as people are, how can we diminish the importance of the act that produces people.. which is sex...

swallow, it isn't strange at all that people are interested in sex, it is part of our life. As to asexsualty, I think it depends on the degree to which we meditate ourselves, so that we can find a new rout to stop the strong desire for sex. Sometimes we do have desires for other things, but this can not replace the natural way of thinking of sex for human being. So there is really a long way for us to get to the metation with "no mind" for sex, unless we all become monks.

However, we can develope some good interests in other things in order to make our life more meaningful and colorful.

I cannot imagine that happening to me.

Sex is a wonderful part of my life. Not just the physical aspect but the opportunity to expand consciousness and connect spiritually for oneself and with ones lover with such practices as Tantra.

curious, we know very little about Tantra. But reading your post , I got this and happy to know it.
Tantra is about the flow and exchange of energy, the movement of life. Tantrics believe that the most powerful energy is sexual energy..... Tantra teaches you how to have access to this energy and how to store it in your body. So, instead of being subject to uncontrollable sexual urges, you feel more creative, more alive and more in touch with your senses as you go about your daily life. You can shop, work, play and get fit with a spring in your step and a positive sense of wellbeing.

Well, it is really a nice feeling. Thank you!

heheh..
I finally found my way back here after a few days.

No, I don't own a car. I have a truck.
A 2003 red Ford Lightning....two tons of fun, it is faster than some sports cars.
When the chance comes, a few modifications will make my truck even faster.

This material pleasure is different from sex. The enjoyment comes from control over the powerful machine.
This is much different than the power of control derived from sex, or power from physical desire.

Curious the Shaman would probably agree with me that power can be found in self-control....and the negative, selfish person will be controlling over others instead of sharing.

...unfortunately, I have no partner to ride in my truck.
If and when I do, it will be fun times during and after!

Cinder, it is another excitment to control the powerful machine. Not only do men like it, so do women.

There will be one who knows better about this great guy and would like to ride in your truck some day! Good luck!

Ah, davinci...welcome to my perspective.

We meet again!
For 2 years I have been in Iraq by choice.

My truck has been parked the vast majority of time.
Most Americans drive an average of 12-15,000 miles a year...my truck is almost 3 years old, and only has 12,000 miles of use.

In reality, someone has been buying my share of fuel for the last 2 years....and I've been conserving and having no fun.

If the petrol companies provide fuel & I can afford that fuel, why not enjoy those fun feelings? It isn't illegal ... yet.

ah yes, the joys of American materialism can be fun at times

Desire...To thirst for ....Can you remember when you were a virgin ...Never have had sex....Did you have desire? Did you have thirst....Come on put it in its rightful place we people are driven or looking to drive
When you did not know did you want to know....YES
With that we progress ....We find are likes and dislikes and hopeful we live and learn.
I am not saying sex is the spice of life ...In reality its a space in time that we all look for.
Thank you
