I am helping out at my friend's gift store and some of his customers really have very cool sense of humor.

A cute and kinda witty guy came in one afternoon and asked us to design some text and iron on a shirt for him so he can make a statement to his very demanding girlfriend (according to him!)

Again I was laughing all the way and thinking maybe truly that men are from mars and women are from venus when trying to get his order done...

He wanted the following text printed on front and back of a polo shirt:

(At the front)
How to Impress
a woman
-----------------
Wine her
Dine her
Call her
Hug her
Hold her
Kiss her
Surprise her
Encourage her
Support her
Listen to her
Smile at her
Laugh with her
Cry with her
Shop with her
Share with her
Communicate with her
Give flowers to her
Give gifts to her
Write love letters to her
Tell that You love her

(At the back)
How to Impress
a man
-----------------
Just come in...
with food...naked.
By the way........
don't block my TV.

Note: Wondering what will you think if you are his girlfriend!?

Note: Original recipe,picture and nutrition information are from Kraftsfoods website.

Prep Time: 5 min
Total Time: 8 min
Makes: 1 serving

1) 1 can (3 oz.) white tuna in water, drained, flaked (about 1/4 cup)
2) 2 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
3) 1 pita bread (6 inch)

5) 1 Tbsp. finely chopped mixed fresh vegetables ( cucumbers, carrots, celery and/or radishes)

Below are the extra ingredients I will add into the mix!

8 ) Dash of salt, sugar and pepper to taste

PREHEAT oven or toaster oven to 400ºF. Mix tuna and cream cheese spread; spread onto bread. Sprinkle with cheese.
BAKE 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted.

I was asked to help a friend sometimes at his personalize gifts store. I really enjoy learning to use Photoshop to edit images and designing things for customers. Some customers are very humor that asking us to make some very interesting quote on shirts, mugs and any surface that can be ironed under a 400F heat press.

There was a very nicely dressed pregnant woman came in one morning and asked me to design some text and iron on a shirt so she can wear it to a baby shower. I was laughing all the way when trying to get her order done...

She wanted the following text printed on a black t-shirt:

I Am A Virgin
But This is My Old Shirt!

Note: She was five months pregnant at the time and I think she was so cool about being pregnant and making fun out of it!!

Enjoy...

Dear J.
This song is virtualy dedicated to you and I wish you all the best. No shadow haging over you and your love one!

PS: I do like this song very much....

~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~
Artist: The Beatles
Song: Yesterday
Yesterday,
All my troubles seemed so far away,
Now it looks as though they're here to stay,
Oh, I believe in yesterday.
Suddenly,
I'm not half the man I used to be,
There's a shadow hanging over me,
Oh, yesterday came suddenly.
Why she
Had to go I don't know, she wouldn't say.
I said,
Something wrong, now I long for yesterday.
Yesterday,
Love was such an easy game to play,
Now I need a place to hide away,
Oh, I believe in yesterday.
Why she
Had to go I don't know, she wouldn't say.
I said,
Something wrong, now I long for yesterday.
Yesterday,
Love was such an easy game to play,
Now I need a place to hide away,
Oh, I believe in yesterday.
Mm-mm-mm-mm-mm-mm-mm.
I was having such sad feelings yesterday and heard this song over the radio when driving home from work and can't help but cried my eyes out! I finally know that I need to let it be....
~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*
Artist: The Beatles
Song: Let it Be
When I find myself in times of trouble, mother Mary comes to me,
speaking words of wisdom, let it be.
And in my hour of darkness she is standing right in front of me,
speaking words of wisdom, let it be.
Let it be, let it be, let it be, let it be.
Whisper words of wisdom, let it be.
And when the broken hearted people living in the world agree,
there will be an answer, let it be.
For though they may be parted there is still a chance that they will see,
there will be an answer. let it be.
Let it be, let it be, .....
And when the night is cloudy, there is still a light, that shines on me,
shine until tomorrow, let it be.
I wake up to the sound of music, mother Mary comes to me,
speaking words of wisdom, let it be.
Let it be, let it be, .....
Dear P.
Below recipe is for you to make gone chow ngaw ho!
INGREDIENTS:1 lb beef flank steak
5 teaspoons dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
1/2 teaspoon sugar
a few drops sesame oil
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 pound fresh rice noodles
1 8-ounce bean sprouts
2 garlic cloves
1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
5 tablespoons oil for stir frying, or as needed
PREPARATION:Cut the flank steak across the grain into thin strips about 1/4-inch thick. Add the dark soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Marinate the steak for 15 minutes.
While the steak is marinating, prepare the vegetables: rinse the bean sprouts in lukewarm running water and drain.
Smash, peel, and chop the garlic cloves.
If using refrigerated rice noodles, rinse them in warm water to loosen. Cut the noodles into 1/2 to 3/4 inch strips.
Heat the wok and add 2 tablespoons oil. When the oil is hot, add the beef. Lay flat and let brown for a minute. Stir in the soya sauce and stir-fry the beef until it is browned and nearly cooked through. Remove from the wok.
Clean out the wok and add 2 more tablespoons oil. When the oil is hot, add the garlic and stir-fry until aromatic. Add the rice noodles and stir fry until browned.
Push the rice noodles up to the side of the wok and add 1 more tablespoon oil. When the oil is hot, add the bean sprouts. Stir-fry briefly, then mix with the noodles. Stir in the oyster sauce.
Add the beef back into the wok. Mix everything together and serve hot.
Enjoy ALL!
Do you believe in reincarnation?
My poor car's bumper was damaged badly by another car even though it was in a parking lot at the mall. I was so upset and feeling miserable that I thought perhaps, God was trying to show me another sign that I should just pack up and leave....
My Thai friend, who was sitting next to me, just gave me a hug and said "Ash...according to our Thai culture.....if something misfortune happen to you...don't sigh and feel bad because maybe you just needed to pay off your dues from previous lives and thereafter, the good fortune will come soon!"
Her saying really made me wondered whether there is a previous life? Are we really going through previous, current and future lifes??? In other words...am I going through some kind of reincarnation life after life??? Are we suppose to just accept it?
Also...do relationships in our lives function as the media for us to collect or pay our dues from previous lives??? Granted we have so many relationships in our lives and have you ever wondered why some can last very long while others can't even survive for days or months
Summer crowded tone is fading away
Footsteps of fall is on it's way
Cold breeze lingering without any delay
Yellow and brown crispy leaves falling all over with dismay
Loneliness accompanied by moods that decay away
