I saw a video that CCP Ministry of Foreign Affairs official officer admitted in front of many journalists that CCP has bribed WHO (World Health Organization) Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus (see the photo one) to delay in declaring the ongoing outbreak of a novel virus in China a global health emergency in early of Dec 20/19. CCP officer said publicly Q&A speech that CCP didn't want the world to know that CCP lied about the Cornonavirus outbreaks in Wuhan city. Until after January 23, 20/20 when Xi announced lock down the Wuhan city and Tedros met Xi. By that time, CCP already realized they can't deny the Cornonavirus outbreaks. CCP miscalculated how wild spread the virus would be and missed the early warning. That Chinese Ministry of foreign Affairs officer shameless to admit that CCP has bribed Ghebreyesus for many even before he got the job in WHO. WHO praises China’s response coronavirus, will reconvene expert committee assess global threat.

The committee was reluctant last week for a PHEIC (pronounced “fake”) because of limited spread outside of China. Tedros said he was reconvening the committee because countries — Japan, Germany, and Vietnam — have reported limited human--human transmission of the virus, even as the vast majority of the roughly 70 confirmed cases outside China occurred in people who had traveled from China.

I was so angry that shameless WHO director general and called for his resignation from WHO.

The CCP Ministry of Foreign Affairs officer also answered another journalist's question about Harvard University scientist, Charles Lieber (see photo 2 ) who has been bribed by CCP. Charles Lieber, chair of Harvard University's chemistry and chemical biology department, has been charged with making false statements about receiving funding from the Chinese government. CCP admitted they pa*d Charles Lieber $50K USD per month x twelve months plus $ 140K USD living expenses yearly for totaling $740K per year in comparison of his U.S. low salary.

U.S. government is currently suing Charles Lieber for lying about affiliation with China.

Please "Tedrons Adhanom Ghebreyesus" and "Charles Lieber" for the true facts. The CCP Ministry of Foreign Affairs officer shameless to talk about CCP large amount of to bribe these persons and said CCP doesn't care about people's lives died but care about the power of communist party. The video speaks in Mandarin Chinese.

1. Iranian general Qassem Suleimani is dead

U.S. President Trump ordered assassinate Iranian general Qassem Suleimani precisely by using drone strike at the Baghdad International airport on January 3, 20/20 even the plane arrived 3 hours late. So, Iranian government and people vowed retaliation U.S. military locations outside of Iran (there is no U.S. military inside Iran). Because Iran has been sanctioned many yrs and its missiles can only fired to the closest U.S. military sites outside of Iran. After Iran airstrike near-by U.S. military, Trump announced no U.S. military soldier hurt. I though this event is over. However, an Ukrainian airliner crashes near Tehran, killing all one hundred seventy-six on board and the video indicated there was an Iranian missile accidentally hit that plane carried lots of Canadian passengers. According to plane Black Box, there was no pilot sending emergency help, so there was not plane mechanic or weather problem. A missile hit that plane, possibly Iranian missile. Canadian PM, Justin Trudeau immediately asking for investigation. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has said Canada will compensate families of the victims of the Ukraine Airlines crash for the amount of C$25,000 ($19,200; £,600) per victim. Fifty-seven Canadian nationals were on the plane when it was hit by an Iranian air defense missile earlier this month.

Incidentally, North Korea leader, Kim Jun-An got scared by Trump ordered the drone strike 2 assassinate Iran general.

2. Australia BIG bushfires

Record-breaking temperatures and months of severe drought have fuelled a series of massive bushfires across Australia. Although recent cooler conditions and rain have brought some respite, more than 60 fires are still burning in the states of New South Wales and Victoria. Some 30 people have so far been killed - including 4 firefighters - and more than million hectares (0,000 sq km or 24.7 million acres) of bush, forest and parks across Australia has burned. A professor estimated this week that a billion animals (Koala, Kangaroos, wallabies) had died in Australia’s wildfires.

I strongly believe in "Climate Change", "Global Warming", and "Green Environment". We live in this planet, we should protect the environment.

Taiwan president Tsai wins by landslide in stinging rebuke to China

TAIWAN PRESIDENT TSAI ING-WEN SAYING:

"Taiwan's people decline the 'one country, two systems' model, we respect democracy and our sovereign rights. As the president of Taiwan, I must deal with the cross strait relations according to the will of the people. Just now, as I started the speech I spent a lot of time explaining how we had dealt with cross strait relations and how we will deal with it in the future. I hope this election result sends China a clear message and that they will understand what Taiwan's people want. And I hope they can understand that a stable relationship comes from the mutual efforts of both sides, it's not a responsibility of one side. On this basis, we are willing to start a positive interaction (with China)."

China and months of anti-government unrest and protests in Hong Kong took center stage in her campaign, with Tsai holding out Taiwan as a beacon of hope for protesters in the former British colony.

China claims Taiwan as its sacred territory, to be taken by force if needed.

A threat which Chinese President Xi Jinping reiterated year ago, though he said he preferred a peaceful solution.

Tsai beat her main opponent Han Kuo-yu of the Kuomintang party - which favors closer ties to China - by more than 2.6 million votes.

The mystery of Carlos Ghosn's audacious escape out of Japan

Japanese authorities have raided the house where fugitive auto executive Carlos Ghosn was staying before he arranged his escape to Lebanon earlier this week, possibly via Turkey.

The former chairman of Nissan and Mitsubishi Motors, and former chairman and CEO of their alliance partner, Renault — had been awaiting trial in Japan on charges of financial wrongdoing, including allegations that he understated his income for years and funneled $5 million of Nissan's to a car dealership he controlled. He was ousted from his posts at Nissan (NSANF) and Mitsubishi Motors following his arrest in Nov 20/18, and later resigned from Renault (RNLSY).

As a condition of being released on bail, Ghosn was required to stay in Japan. But his case was completely upended earlier this week after Ghosn revealed that he had fled Japan for Lebanon to escape what he called a "rigged" justice system.

Lebanon had received a "red notice" from Interpol (International Criminal Police Organization 國際刑事警察組織) confirming that the former auto titan is wanted by police.

It is still not clear how Ghosn, is a citizen of France, Brazil and Lebanon, was able to slip of Japan. Reuters and the Financial Times have reported that he was smuggled of Tokyo by a private security company -— a plot that the media organizations say took months to concoct.

The governor of Istanbul said in a statement on Jan 2, 20/20 that Turkish police have detained 7 people in connection with an investigation into Ghosn's "illegal escape" from Japan. Anadolu news agency said that Ghosn traveled via the city's Ataturk airport. Police detained 4 pilots of a private airline, a company manager and 2 ground staff at the request of the Istanbul prosecutor, according to the statement from the governor's office.

Flight tracker Flightradar24 showed a private jet flying from Osaka, Japan, to Istanbul and then another continuing to Lebanon at the time Ghosn arrived in Lebanon.

In a daring escape that reportedly involved him being smuggled in a musical instrument case (cello).

According what I have read from multiple news since he escaped Japan, Mr. Ghosn invited several musical people to his residence to pl*y music for him during Christmas. Due to he couldn't leave his house to the concert, he was allowed to have musical band to pl*y musical instrument at his house to celebrate Christmas. However, one of the cello case was empty so that Mr. Ghosn could hide inside a cello case and smuggled o*t of his house. The Japanese security people didn't check the cello case before or after the music performance.

Communists and Pro-communists have been brainwashed and believe in k*lling, massacre and carnage will shut people's mouths and suppress people.

Pro-communists are rude and ignorant. They are chauvinists (盲目的愛國者). They don't know what is right, what is wrong. They are xenophobic and racists. They have been completly controlled by communist government. They don't know what "Democracy" is that they can vote for their leader. They don't know they have "human rights" live and freedom of speech, religion and press. They only have one political party, so that they are "silent lambs". There was a "Democracy movement" on June 4th about 30 ago, but failed by massacre the protestors. Their government massacred intelligent professors, scholars and rich property owners so that easy to control the less smart people. Their government censored people's emails, blocked (including , YouTube videos, Android cellphone, ,,,), blocked FaceBook, , so that their people don't know the outside world. They demolished the churches, temples, mosques, ... prohibited people talk about "Cultural Revolution" or "June 4th Democracy Movement". This is dictatorship, and totalitarianism.

Taiwan Stocks Will Soar to Record in 2020, Analysts Say

This year’s unexpected 20% rally in Taiwan stocks is poised to close a final chapter in the history of its financial markets.

The Taiex index is within 7% of its all-time high from 19/90, a milestone that analysts say will likely be topped next year. That year marked the bursting of the bubble in Taiwan stocks, which had rallied even more than shares in Tokyo. Taiwan’s recovery contrasts with Japan’s Nikkei 225, which peaked around the same time and remains 40% below its record.

Analysts say a humming economy will keep adding momentum to Taiwan’s financial markets, and next month’s presidential election won’t get in the way. The Taiex has risen 50% since Tsai Ing-wen was elected in January 20/16 despite Taiwan’s relations with China worsening after she refused to endorse Beijing’s bottom line that both sides belong to “one China.” Tsai is widely expected to win re-election.

For export-dependent Taiwan, things ultimately circle back to trade. Increased U.S. orders and some Taiwanese companies moving manufacturing back to the island from China amid government incentives have helped make Taiwan a surprise trade-war winner.

“The relations of the U.S., China and Taiwan are like a triangle,” said Quincy Liu, chairman of Shin Kong Investment Trust Co. “Many Taiwan industries and companies are in fact benefiting from the U.S.-China trade war, so it reduces the impact of worsening cross-strait relations.“

Investor focus this year has been on technology, which makes up the bulk of Taiwan’s stock market. Some thanks go to Apple Inc., whose iPhone sales have improved and powered its shares to record highs. Many component suppliers are based in Taiwan.

“There has been strong inflow into the technology sector, driven by optimism” about the iPhone, said UBS Securities Ltd. analyst William Dong. The just-starting wireless transition to 5G has also been attracting investors to Taiwan stocks, he added, with the liquidity likely to continue supporting the market in 20/20.

Taiwan stocks, 40%-owned by foreign investors versus 30% a decade ago according to Taiwan’s market regulator, are in a much different place than 30 years ago.

The Taiex doubled in both 19/87 and 19/88, nearly did so in 19/89 and jumped 30% in the opening six weeks of 19/90, a several-year surge which occurred as the Taiwan dollar strengthened on foreign inflows after dropping its peg to the U.S. currency. After the Taiex’s bubble burst, the index plunged 80% in eight months.

“There were only retail investors back then,” said Andrew Tsai, chairman of Capital Investment Management Corp.

Factors attracting foreign capital to Taiwan has been steady economic growth during Tsai’s term, which started amid a mild recession in the wake of China’s 2015 stock-market slump.

The government recently raised economic forecasts for this year and next, and growth has been quickest of the so-called Asian tigers --which include recession-hit Hong Kong. Exports rose from a year earlier in November, the latest data point showing Taiwan’s economic strength. The outperformance has helped reverse 2018’s net equities selling by foreigners.

Taiwan stocks have also historically been income producers, with Taiex components having a roughly 4% dividend yield in recent years. That’s among the world’s highest, and an increasingly attractive metric for foreign investors as trillions of dollars of government debt sports negative yields. That’s not seen changing as this year’s policy easing by central banks is poised to continue in 2020.

“If global interest rates are still low next year, the Taiex with a 4% dividend yield is key to investors,” said Agnes Lin, a global market strategist at JPMorgan Asset Management Taiwan Ltd. But a concern of hers is Taiwan stocks aren’t cheap despite projections of double-digit earnings growth next year.

The Taiex -- which eased 0.2% in early trading Tuesday after its latest 29-year closing high a day earlier -- has traded of late at the highest price-to-earnings levels in five years versus both the Shanghai Composite Index and the MSCI Asia Pacific Index.

The Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act of 20/19 is a U. S. federal law that requires the U.S. government impose sanctions against Chinese and Hong Kong officials responsible for human rights abuses in Hong Kong, and requires the U. S. Department of State and other agencies conduct an annual review determine whether changes in Hong Kong's political status (its relationship with mainland China) justify changing the unique, favorable trade relations between the U.S. and Hong Kong. The passage of the bill was supported by pro-democracy activists in Hong Kong, and in 2019 received near-unanimous support in Congress.

This Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act was introduced by Senator Marco Rubio (R-Florida ) on June th, 20/19.

On October th, 20/19, the House version of the bill unanimously passed in a voice vote in the House of Representatives.

On November 1, 20/19, Senators Jim Risch and Marco Rubio began a process for the U. S. Senate to pass the legislation by unanimous voice vote. The bill acquired 50 sponsors on November th, 20/19, all but guaranteeing its passage. The bill passed the Senate via unanimous consent on November 1, 20/19, with amendments that differed between the versions.

On November 20th, 20/19, the House passed the Senate version of the Act on a 4–1 vote. Congressman Thomas Massie (R-KY) was the lone dissenting vote. The House passed the Senate version in order expedite the process. The passage of the bills by both chambers sent the legislation President Donald Trump. Trump signed the bill on November 27th, 20/19. As he was signing the bill, Trump issued a signing statement hedging his support, saying that "certain provisions of the Act," which he did not specify, "would interfere with the exercise of the President’s constitutional authority state the foreign policy of the United States," and that his administration would "treat each of the provisions of the act consistently with the president's constitutional authorities with respect foreign relations." In response, Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer wrote, "Decency, humanity, and the rule of law compel you enforce it. Stop playing games."
