Zelenskyy first announced his peace formula at a November summit of the Group of 20 (G20) key economies.
1. Radiation and nuclear safety, focusing on restoring security around Europe’s largest nuclear power plant, Zaporizhzhia in Ukraine, which is now Russian-occupied.
2. Food security, including protecting and ensuring Ukraine’s grain exports to the world’s poorest nations.
3. Energy security, with a focus on price restrictions on Russian energy resources, as well as aiding Ukraine with restoring its power infrastructure, half of which has been damaged by Russian attacks.
4. Release of all prisoners and deportees, including war prisoners and deported to Russia.
5. Restoring Ukraine’s territorial integrity and Russia reaffirming it according to the UN Charter, which Zelenskyy said is “not up to negotiations”.
6. Withdrawal of Russian troops and the cessation of hostilities, the restoration of Ukraine’s state borders with Russia.
7. Justice, including the establishment of a special tribunal to prosecute Russian war crimes.
8. The prevention of ecocide, and the protection of the environment, with a focus on demining and restoring water treatment facilities.
9. Prevention of an escalation of conflict and building security architecture in the Euro-Atlantic space, including guarantees for Ukraine.
10. Confirmation of the war’s end, including a document signed by the involved parties.

Where Is China’s Foreign Minister? 秦刚?

China’s foreign minister, a tough-talking diplomat seen as something of a protégé to President Xi Jinping, has not been seen in 4 weeks, fueling speculation about his disappearance during a critical time for relations between Beijing and Washington.
Qin Gang 秦刚, 57, is one of China’s most prominent voices to the outside world, a former ambassador to the U.S. before Xi promoted him to foreign minister in Dec 2022. Although he and his country have recently tempered their style, Qin was an early adopter of the combative rhetoric later known as China’s “wolf warrior diplomacy.”
But Qin appears to have missed a flurry of high-profile visits, including those this month by Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and U.S. climate envoy John Kerry.
“It’s impossible to know why he has not been seen, because secrecy is part of the political system in China and there is very little information when it comes to public figures,” said Frans-Paul van der Putten, a senior researcher at the Clingendael Institute, a Dutch think tank. “What we do know is that this should be a very important moment for Qin Gang 秦刚, given his background and knowledge of the West, when there are all of these high-level meetings going on,” van der Putten added. “But he is not there.”
The last record of Qin being seen in public was in Beijing on June 25, when he met counterparts from Russia, Vietnam and Sri Lanka, according to the Foreign Affairs Ministry website.
Ten days later, on July 5, China without explanation canceled a meeting between Qin and European Union foreign policy chief Josep Borrell, who had been due to travel to China.
Qin’s absence remained largely unnoticed until last week, when he was due to attend a diplomatic gathering at the Association of Southeast Asian Nations summit in Indonesia. His ministry’s spokesman, Wang Wenbin 汪文斌, told a briefing two days before that Qin would miss the event because of “health reasons.”
This quote, reported by Reuters, was omitted from the ministry’s online transcript of the briefing. Subsequent attempts to ask about Qin’s whereabouts at the ministry’s daily briefings have not been answered, then similarly excluded from the written record.
“I have no information to provide on this question,” Foreign Affairs Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning 毛寧said, according to a livestream on the YouTube channel of Taiwan’s CTI TV.
“I don’t know about the case you mentioned,” Mao毛寧 told one of the Western journalists who repeatedly asked about Qin’s return. “China’s diplomatic activities are being carried out as usual,” she told another.
China’s new ambassador to the U.S., Xie Feng,谢锋 did not shed any light on Qin’s whereabouts when he spoke at the Aspen Security Forum. When asked whether Henry Kissinger, the former U.S. secretary of state, who is visiting Beijing had met Qin, the Chinese ambassador said: “Well, let’s wait and see.” He declined to elaborate.
The ambassador also warned the U.S. against allowing Taiwan’s vice president, Lai Ching-te 賴清德, from making a stop in the U.S. on his way to Paraguay 巴拉圭 next month.

There is a picture that 傅晓田 held her 1 year old on a social media said "Daddy is too busy to attend his 's birthday." In the same page there is Qin Gang 秦刚 picture in separate picture. What did she imply who the baby boy's father is?? But Qin Gang 秦刚 wife is not 傅晓田. However, in China that top officers have mistress are very common news.

Saturday has no stock market, so I woke up late on 6/24/2023. When I turned on my internet to read news. I was stunned by Yevgeny Prigozhin lead Wagner group turned around from Ukraine to Russia straight to Moscow. I was almost in shock when I read the news about the mercenary Wagner soldiers (prisoners) drove troop of tanks without any difficulty, not a bullet fired, not any bomb threw, they were approaching to Moscow and only 2 hours more they could arrive Kremlin and Putin had to flee out of Kremlin. I thought the war between Russia and Ukraine will be over and by Monday 6/26/2023 the stock market will soar for this big news. I went out to have lunch.
By the time I returned home and turned my computer on. What was happened during I was out? Prigozhin agreed that if Vladimir Putin fired Russia Minister Sergei Shoigu and another guy, Prigozhin is willing to go to Byelorussia 白俄羅斯共和國. I don't understand why Prigozhin trust Putin so much. What if after a while when everything settled down, Putin won't poison him or send an assassin to murder Prigozhin??? If I were Prigozhin, I wouldn't trust Putin.
Prigozhin is a Russian oligarch and mercenary chief, and was a close confidant of Russian president Vladimir Putin until he launched an alleged coup in June 2023. Prigozhin is sometimes called "Putin's chef", as he owns restaurants and catering companies that provide services for the Kremlin.

I filed divorce to a dentist who's annual income was $2. He got his "Green card", U.S. citizen from me. With lots of disappointment and sadness, I filed divorce in May 2004 and he moved out on June 1, 2004.
I went on Chinese FriendFinder for 3 months membership and then switched to Yahoo Personals. The magic happened that we viewed each other's profile in May 2006. He emailed me and I replied. At that time, my username was Rx4Love, so he knew that I am a Calif licensed pharmacist. The first met at a Starbucks in early June of 2006. Later on, I realized his birthday was June 9. He was 6'1" tall, Caucasian, a bank CEO/Chairman. He had a very distinguish look that attracted me (love at first sight). The 2nd date was lunch at a "Dim Sum" restaurant. I was surprised he could use chopsticks and ate "chicken feet". The 3rd date was in April of 2007 dinner at a romantic Chinese restaurant. He told me that he will go to China the following week. It was long dinner, he told me a lot of his past. He was born in New York, but raised in Washington DC. His father was a Spanish and mother was a Irish. He adopted his 3rd who had Autism. I remembered every word he said. Then, to my surprised he emailed me from a coffee shop in Shanghai. In April 2007, the WiFi wasn't popular yet, so he brought his laptop to a coffee shop and used the WiFi to email me from China. It was a big surprise.
He was a very busy businessman with 4 banks (he had 3 banks but then US government called him to buy another bank that in danger). I could Google what he said are truth. He lived in San Marino (an expensive city) that only 19 miles from me. Then, he visited his sister in Spain every year and emailed me from Spain. He went to Australia and New Zealand. That's why I went to Australia and NZ the next year in 2015. He seemed more relaxing during his trip and emailed me. Of course, he also emailed me in USA. We had more than 20 thousand emails, I set a folder just for him.
He used the 3 day long weekends to take me to lunch. He had to work on Saturdays. In June 2007, he told me to sell my property (my mom and I bought). I trusted him and sold that condo that my mom lived easily for quadruple price. Because he went to China in 2007, so I went to China in May 2008 for 8 d/6 nights. I received his Yahoo email (Gmail couldn't use in China) in Beijing that he said banks were not lending loans. It was "sub-prime loan crisis" about to burst. Lucky, he told me to sell my mom's condo in June 2007.
A real estate agent in Taiwan called me that his was interested to buy my mom's property in Taiwan in Dec 2010. My mom had arthritis and on wheelchair, so I took my mom to get "power of attorney" that I could represent my mom back to Taiwan to sell her property in January 2011. We thought I could come back to USA within 3 weeks, but then Taiwan celebrate "Lunar New Year" for 6 holidays. Banks, Escrow are closed for 6 days, the transaction halted. I went to Japan for 5 days because Japan don't celebrate lunar new year. When the transaction done, I wired sold proceeds back to USA. Then Japan had a 8.9 magnitude earthquake, tsunami, nuclear tank leaked on March 11, 2011 and I returned to USA on Feb 16, 2011.
With 2007 and 2011 sold proceeds, I asked the banker CEO friend how to invest. He said "buy rental properties in Las Vegas". Why? I asked. He said Las Vegas has many casinos that open 24/7 and need 3 shifts employees. Those employees need a place to live. Since they have jobs, they can pay for rent. I did what he said, I went to Las Vegas to buy rental properties alone. When I came back and emailed him that I bought 5 "foreclosures, bank own properties. He replied "you are the Queen of Las Vegas". 
Those rental properties are double, triple, I sold 3 but keep 2 properties. I trusted my banker CEO friend but unfortunately he passed away on January 12, 2022. I Googled his name and city and found out from obituary online in Sept 2022. I think he died in heart attack (Atrial fibrillation). I miss him but my life has to go on. I am looking for another kindred spirit friend.

I am a Taiwanese-American who has been residing in USA for 43 years. I am bilingual. Of course, I own 3 Taiwanese-American's semiconductor company stocks, that are NVDA, AMD and TSM. NVDA reported excellent earning aftermarket of 5/24/23. Its stock soared 高漲 to $395. My average price is $149, I sold 1/3 shares for profits, but still own 2/3 of total shares. The next morning pre-market jumped to $399.50. I set to sell more shares but didn't get executed 執行. I felt "short-squeez" the NVDA up to the sky.
My AMD stock also jump up. TSM is the best semiconductor foundry, but due to the geopolitical, TSM didn't soar 高漲 as NVDA. Warren Buffett bought TSM as his top #10 stock, but then he sold all his TSM said due to geopolitical reason (CCP might invade Taiwan).
AVGO (semiconductor co.) soared to $814.98 because Apple announced on 5/23/23 a multiyear, multibillion-dollar agreement with Broadcom AVGO for the chipmaker to supply 5G wireless components. My AVGO average price was $435.33, it jumped to $814.98. Of course, I sold all of my AVGO.

The U.S. inflation is still high, Fed Reserve (FOMC) maybe will hike the interest rate in June or July meetings to tame the inflation. Some investors said FOMC may pause June rate hike but hike in July. FOMC already hiked interest to 5%, stock market will plummet violently. I took profits while I can. Buy low, sell high.
If "debt ceiling" standoff can't reach bipartisan agreement by June 5th, stock market will shake downward.
Russia has invaded Ukraine since Feb 24, 2022 and we can't see peace just yet. Russia and China economy are both in crisis, but both dictators are still spending their people's money to consolidate their leaderships in their countries. Communists are ridiculous, outrageous.
Be careful with stock trading. AVGO is too high, I sold all my shares, please look its chart soared to the sky. I am shorting AVGO.

US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen urged Congress to raise its debt ceiling, warning that a US default would produce an “economic and financial catastrophe” that would trigger a global economic downturn and risk undermining the country's ability to provide global leadership. Furthermore, Janet Yellen says "US default would trigger a global economic downturn" and " it should be ‘unthinkable’ for the U.S. to default on its debt".
1. The nation may run out of money to pay all its bills as soon as June 1, the so-called “X-date.”
2. The government wouldn’t be able to pay everyone on time. It would likely prioritize payments to investors holding U.S. Treasury bonds, to avoid a “technical default.”
3. Payments like Social Security, Medicare, tax refunds, military salaries and others would likely be delayed.
4. Democrats and Republicans haven’t yet reached an agreement to raise or suspend the debt ceiling and avoid that outcome.

Chinese ambassador, Lu Shaye 卢沙野 sparks European outrage over suggestion former Soviet states don’t exist. Lu Shaye 卢沙野 is a Chinese diplomat currently serving as Chinese Ambassador to France and Monaco. Lu is popularly referred to as a leading advocate of "wolf-warrior diplomacy", which he has promoted.
Chinese ambassador, Lu Shaye's comment on Sunday, 4/23/2023 dismayed all 14 out of 15 European countries including Armenia, Moldova, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Kazakhstan except Russia. We know the USSR collapsed in December 1991 & left in its place 15 independent states. (The USSR leader, Mikhail Gorbachev closes his resignation speech after delivering it at the Kremlin in Moscow on Dec. 25, 1991.) Those 15 countries have their independence and their own "sovereignty 主權". These 15 countries do exist as individual countries since 12/25/1991.
The remarks by China’s ambassador to France Lu Shaye, who said during a television interview that former Soviet countries don’t have “effective status in international law,” have caused diplomatic consternation, especially in the Baltic states. Lu told the TV host, Darius Rochebin to get education for USSR history. In fact, Lu is the person who should get education. Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia would be summoning Chinese representatives to ask for clarification, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis confirmed on Monday, 4/24/2023. Ukraine, Moldova, France and the European Union also all hit back with criticisms of Lu’s comments.

Taiwan's President Tsai meets Kevin McCarthy at Reagan Library

It is an unprecedented event for an incumbent Taiwan female president to meet U.S. House Speaker, Kevin McCarthy at Reagan Library today, April 5, 2023. As you know, U.S. House Speaker is the 2nd in line for President.
(I have visited Ronald Reagan Library in Simi Valley, Calif in Dec. 2008, please refer to my profile pictures.)
As you can see, during the meeting Taiwan's president Tsai can speak English fluently without any interpreter to translate when she talked to House Speaker, McCarthy and other 18 Congress members including Mr. Mike Gallagher directly. If you Google Tsai Ing-wen education, you will find out she graduated from London School of Economics and Political Science (1980–1984) and Cornell Law School (1978–1980). There were no "Cultural Revolution" in Taiwan, females can pursue high education.
I am very happy to hear Mr. McCarthy to address 稱呼, 頭銜 Miss. Tsai as "Taiwan President". As a Taiwanese-American, I am very grateful to Mr. McCarthy. Taiwan's Presidents are voted by any Taiwanese over 18 y/o. People elected their leaders, presidents just like any Democracy countries. I have been in the USA for 43 years and voted for U.S. presidents every 4 years. Unlike the CCP leader only got 2,952 votes that represent for 1.4 billion Chinese people and they voted by raising hand up, and only one candidate and all 2,952 CCP unanimously 無異議地；全體一致地 voted for Xi for his 3rd term five years. In Democracy countries have at least bipartisan system and primary election with many candidates.
Taiwan's President Tsai Ing-wen vowed to "defend the peaceful status quo" in which the people of Taiwan can continue to thrive in a free and open society. Her remarks came after a meeting with House Speaker Kevin McCarthy that Beijing had warned against. President Tsai said "unwavering support, reassures the people of Taiwan that we are not isolated, we are not alone."
I am a patriot to Taiwan and the USA equally. God bless the USA and Taiwan. Peace on Earth, stop the war between Russia and Ukraine. No more killing and destroying.

China is Not a Developing Country Act H.R. 1107 - The House unanimously passed a bill on Monday, 3/27/2023, that would direct the Secretary of State to work toward stripping the People’s Republic of China of its “developing country 開發中國家” label in international organizations. H.R. 1107 would require the Department of State to influence international organizations to reclassify China as a high income, upper middle income, or developed country 發達國家 instead of as a developing country. It also would require the department to dissuade those organizations from granting China any preferential treatment as a developing country.
