清零 means "Zero Tolerance to Covid-19", 封城 means "Lockdown", and 飢餓 means "starving".
There are many weird and forceful phenomena in China that CCP control people to have Nucleic acid核酸 testing daily. People line-up with short distance, the testing persons using Q-tip into nose or throat for sample. Chinese people rush to market to buy foods in preparation of lockdown. It's easy to get containment when crowd people get together. Some elderly couldn't buy or not enough food to eat, they jumped out of tall buildings and died. The babies got Covid-19 positive and been forced to separate from their parents. Some infants separated from mom. The mom licked babies saliva so that she can go with babies to be lockdown. A nurse who had asthma and been refused to enter to her hospital without "Nucleic acid testing" and she passed away. A pregnant woman in labor stood outside of hospital and bleeding. The infant died. Many elderly couldn't get to hospital for emergency and died. Why CCP is so cruel to Chinese people? It is resemble of "Great Famine" and "Cultural Revolution" that cause 8.4 millions Chinese people died.
The truth is the Chinese vaccine is a failure. The vaccine is NOT working. CCP don't admit the fact. Nucleic acid testing can make a companu rich. CCP now send military into Shanghai to control protesting people. Why can CCP buy Pfizer vaccine or Moderna vaccine or AZ vaccine for Chinese to inject?
The lockdown will cause their economy to recession soon. China is a so-called "world factory", but people have been lockdown and couldn't go to work, no mxney to survive, no food to eat. Other providence Chinese donated truck-load food but CCP rather let those food rotten and spoiled but NOT let people eat. It is ridiculous wasting food and people starve to death. Why Chinese lives don't worth to live? Because they don't have "election", they don't "vote" for their leaders. So, CCP don't need people to vote. CCP conceal outside world news, selected news that benefit CCP, but mock USA democracy.

Ukraine president Zelenskyy was comedy actor is a heroic, courageous leader. He had 4 different video speeches that all the members at British Parliament, at U.S. Congress House, at Canadian Parliament and German Parliament. All the members had standing ovation and applaud. My tears rolling down my face when I heard president Zelenskyy's video address at U.S. Congress House. I know those speeches can't be heard in China or Russia or North Korea or Iran. It also guarantees the right of citizens to assemble peaceably and to petition their government.

Russia attacks Ukraine, stock market tumbled

Russia attacks the Ukraine, crude oil and natural gas soars, inflation fear worsen, FOMC will raise interest and stock market tumbled. Panic sell-off. I am a BUYER. Many stocks plummeted to year-low or plunged to half even 1/3 or to capitulate level. Good stocks and bad stocks all fell down. This is the time to be greedy when everyone is fearful.
Bought good stocks: GOOGL, AMZN, TSLA, TSM, ADBE, CRM, QCOM, PANW, AVGO, and some bad stocks (for now) that fell under the water: SHOP, PYPL, ZM, GE, F-B , TEVA, ... I've c*sh account so I don't worry about "margin c*ll". I've reserve half million USD 2 own more if the situation gets worse. In long term, this current situation would be a "hiccup", a buying opportunity. Time will prove.

Human trafficking in rural China

A Chinese mother of 8 ch*ldren has chained around the neck in a small village hut sparked online outrage and discussion on human trafficking and women’s rights in rural China.
This story basically started from "1 Ch*ld policy"一孩政策 implemented in China between 80 and 20 . When they had 2nd , the fetus had to be aborted or p*y the penalty (fined). In the Chinese society, they prefer "b*", so when the baby is a g*rl, the parents might drown females at birth. The male and female ratio became huge, 20 yrs later, males have difficulty to find suitable females especially in the rural countryside area. The perpetrators go on streets to abduct ch*ldren and grabbed them into the cars. Those perpetrators then sold the ch*ldren to be beggars or men's wives. They have been tortured, abused and chained to the wall. If they escaped, soon they will be caught and brought back to beat them. Those became prisoners for family that bought them from perpetrators.
The woman who has 8 ch*ldren (7 b* and 1 g*rl) now been brought to a hospital and doctors proclaimed that woman needs a brain surgery. People suspected that woman will be erased all her memory from surgery. On internet people said there were more than but they probably been k*lled.
Those victims couldn't speak out their misery because nobody helped them and CCP allowed those perpetrators to abduct on streets and sold to be slaves or s*x slaves. The world should know the Human Trafficking and violation of Human Rights in China.
BTW, the man in the picture is NOT her h*sband, he is a reporter. The video became a big news on internet.

Nibble some Nasdaq stocks

I have made good decision in late Feb 2020 sold a rental property in Vegas and switched the sold proceeds to my stock account and changed stock account from margin account to "c*sh" account to prevent "margin calls". So, I have had a million USD c*sh stock account with some lousy stocks and fresh new c*sh. I know "margin account" has double buying power, but with c*sh account I don't need to pay interest and know what my stock real value worth.
By March 23, 2020, stock market crashed due to Covid-19 fear spread to Europe then USA. I bought some high tech MSFT, ADBE, CRM, AMZN, GOOGL, JPM, some bio-tech REGN, MRNA, GILD (US companies), NVDA, TSM, AMD (Taiwan semiconductor) and leave alone with my loser stocks in my portfolio. By Nov 2020, I needed to buy a new car because my old car had mechanic problems. I ordered a Tesla car in Nov and waited 40 days for my Tesla to deliver. My Tesla arrived on Christmas Eve 2020. I sold some stocks with profits to p*y for Tesla car. I also bought TSLA stocks under $600, TSLA went up to $900 but I didn't sell, it dropped back to under $600, I bought more shares and started to sell from $1,000 to $1,243. I sold al* TSLA shares and gained lots of profits. I had $640K profits in 2020, I had to pay "Uncle Sam" income tax 30% bracket on April 15, 2021. Ouch!! painful that my 1/3 profits went to taxes.
I am a "swing trader" and a "market contrarian". I select the sectors I want and eliminate the sectors I dislike. As I have mentioned in my previous blogs, I owned Trillion dollar market cap companies and semiconductor companies that CEO are Taiwanese-Americans such as TSM, NVDA, AMD and XLNX. I avoid IPO stocks, Chinese stocks, Cryptocurrencies, SPAC IPO, airline companies, MEME stocks. I focus on 60 stocks I watched their news, earning reports, and current international news, pandemic spreading. I prefer U.S. high tech, software, bio-tech and Taiwanese semiconductor sector. I don't believe in Chinese government who k*lled Chinese people, spread Covid-19 to the world, concealed the bad news but exaggerated their abilities. It has more than a decade I don't care about Chinese stocks since they kicked out Google from China and let their people blind and deaf to search the world's news. If China is in 2nd place of world economy, why Xi asked "what can they do about food?" If China is rich, they can b*y from USA agriculture food and reduce the import-export tension, tariff tension in between USA and China. Easy.
There are no Chinese people vote for their leaders. Without "presidential election" CCP leaders don't care about Chinese people's lives. Deplorable Chinese people became "silent lambs". CCP control people using censorship, surveillance cameras, bribed Africa countries for votes in UN, WHO, WTO. I have mentioned many times that Mao was the #1 massacred people but his portrait picture printed on every Renminbi 人民币 currencies. Why the monster picture on Chinese bills and Tienanmen Square. Don't they know killing is wrong? Why there are more than 5.6 million world people died on Covid-19 since 2020? In USA, people lives are very important. I went to Washington DC and saw all the soldiers' names who died from Vietnam War has imprinted on a marble wall. All the near 3,000 Americans died from 9/11 in 2001 imprinted on a wall and U.S. government had to give families compensation. Why CCP concealed all the people's names and death numbers from Great Famine, Cultural Revolution, One B*by policy, Tienanmen Square massacre, organ harvesting on Falun Gong practitioners, Hong Kong protestors, and genocide on Uighurs and Muslim in Xinjiang, Mongolia, Tibet? So many corruption, bribery in CCP. U.S. president Jimmy Carter made China became rich, but not CCP.

Facebook also said in a press release that it plans to begin trading under the stock ticker "MVRS" on December 1.

Square Inc. (SQ), a digital payments company is renaming itself Block as it focuses on technologies like blockchain and expands beyond its original credit card reader business. Jack Dorsey’s payments giant said in an announcement the new name, effective Dec. 10, “acknowledges the company’s growth” and “creates room for further growth.”

Billionaires are selling their stocks

Please be aware of "Billionaires are selling their stocks to pay IRS". Elon Musk is selling Tesla stock, Jensen Huang is selling NVDA. I sold all my Tesla and NVDA stocks at high. Jeff Bezos is selling Amazon stock, I think Tim Cook will sell his AAPL stock. I sold al* my AAPL stock yesterday. I need to pay IRS too. But I still own small shares of AMZN, Google and FB.
There was a correction last week especially Nasdaq (high tech) sector. We know Elon Musk publicly said he needs to sell his TSLA to pay Uncle Sam. Those Trillion market cap stocks are at top, so those CEO's have to pay lots of taxes. The 2021 will be over soon and the tax year ends on New Year Eve.
Today, Dec 9, aftermarket, EU Commissioner, Vestager said EU is investigate 4 of U.S. successful companies, AAPL, AMZN, GOOGLE and FB. She said has a general case about Apple app store investigation. Please Google the news "EU Commissioner, Vestager" for detail.

Why I don't like IPO stocks?

A MD from Chinese FriendFinder contacted me that his friend made profits on RIVN (Rivian), an EV car maker that debuted on Nov 1 0, 20 21. He wanted me to trade RIVN. I refused and blocked him from contact me.
I have spent a thousand USD to learn how to read chart. The indicators RSI (Relative Strength Index), MACD, Slow STO (Stochastics), 50 and 200 days moving average, Double Tops, Double Lows, Head and Shoulders, Reversal Head and Shoulders, ... It takes time to show on the chart. I can't trade a stock that has not showing those indicators.
In the RIVN 12 trading days, those indicators don't appear on the chart. Take a look of RIVN chart that its RSI, MACD, Slow STO, are all blank. I can't predict the up or down. I don't want to trade nervously that I don't have any indicator. I don't care about the intro-day chart every minute. I use the daily chart for one year period. I am not a day-trader, but a swing trader. When RSI is green, I sold that stock, when RSI is pink, I bought gradually for a good stock.
Every stock can make you rich, every stock can make you loss.

Are you an investor or a speculator? Recent years more and more car makers are making EV cars. This became a trend, a fashion.
Rivian is a EV truck maker, Rivian made its debut as IPO "RIVN" on Nov 1 0, 2021. RIVN ipo pr*ce set at $78. CNBC started 2 discuss RIVN one hour before the initial opening . When the TV reporter said AMZN owns 20.22 % stake and Ford owns 1 2 % stake of RIVN. AMZN pre-ordered a hundred thousand trucks from RIVN as AMZN use for delivery. AMZN jumped 2 $3,605 just as I predicted 2 set GTC limited order s*ll at $3.600. At the time RIVN indicated 2 open at 1 1 5. When the reporter said for the past consecutive 3 yrs, RIVN's losses increased more each yr. RIVN went down t* $98. RIVN hasn't sold a truck 2 Amazon, but Jeff Bezos ride on a Rivian truck on the day he went 2 his "Blue Origin" flight 2 space.
Currently Tesla is the leader of EV car maker and became a trillion market cap. I sold al* my TSLA and made profits. Tesla currently operates out of four full-operational facilities. 3 are in the USA, and one is in China. Many Gigafactory will be coming in Berlin Germany, and more. Tesla cars are neat, chic and fashionable, but I don't like Tesla "cybertruck". Rivian trucks much appealing.
One MD told m* that his friend made profits *n RIVN debut and continuously making profits using day-trade. That MD said my stock strategy that NOT 2 trade IPO stocks is wrong. That MD's friend didn't say how much profits he made. I assume NOT MUCH and very scary ride to make profits. RIVN is still losing m*ney (no profit), no P/E ratio, no EPS (earning per share). TSLA has profits $3.09 per share, Ford has $0.72 per share, GM has $7.48 per share profits. TSLA is the "Bellwether stock" of EV cars. are other EV car makers such as Lucid (LCID) is losing m*ney with P/E ratio -0.76 (negative), EPS -5.89 (loss).
Are you a investor or a speculator? Do your homework diligently. IPO stocks have no chart for me to read, I can't know where is buying point or selling point. I have told that MD to own NVDA many times, but he didn't listen. Then he tried to persuade me 2 trade IPO stocks. I own 21 stocks now and need to concentrate on my holding. I don't want 2 trade IPO stocks.
