We have seen the 3 day massacre in Paris, killed 17 victims by 3 terrorists. Last night I watched CNN "Terror in mall" in Kenya that killed 71 innocent shoppers on Sept 26, 2013 by 4 Islamic militants. We know many other atrocities that Islamic militants did. We condemn violent militant atrocities, we express our condolence to the victim families. But what else we can do? How can we educate the terrorists? How can we prevent future tragedies happen again? How to stop violence? Can we unify together regardless different religions, nationalities and ethnicity?

Can anyone tell me?

The first man contacted me on Chinese FriendFinder was a Caucasian pathologist MD in August 2004. I finally agreed to meet him many years later.

During the lunch, I asked him "Why do you like Asian women instead of Caucasian?" He said because his profession in Pathology he knows well about "skin complexion", "skin tones" in different races. He said Asians have better skin complexion than Caucasian because Caucasian explored under the sun too much. He said especially for the women in between 50 - 60 age range. Caucasians have too much sun basking and the ultraviolet light penetrate the skin causing dryness, wrinkles, pigments, and freckles. Asian women look younger and skin feel softer.

He also mentioned he prefers Asian women for their femininity instead of Caucasian women feminist.

What do you think? Is he right or wrong in your opinion?

My blogs on AFF

Happy holidays to everyone who read my blogs.

Over the years, I have posted 33 blogs on AFF. Many thanks for those read my blogs and posted opinions and responses on my blogs. I have noticed lately many people read my blogs. I also noticed that scammers have been disappeared and less people read my profile lately. I have caught so many scammers over the years, i.e. many Army Generals, cardiologist MD, petroleum and gas engineer in Beverly Hills, .... They can't fool me. I can detect them. I reported them, deleted, blocked and spam them.

I have revealed many aspects on my blogs, i.e. religion, politics, ideal match, geopolitical chaos in 2014, ..... I am a very honest person (to a fault). I am lucky to have a very smart who is on scholarship that saved me $70,000+ each year since Sept 2005 (pre-med to post-graduate medical school). She is my most proud of person.

My passion on traveling and music have accompanied me over the years. I quit my pharmacist full time job since July 2009 in order to take care of my osteoporosis/ arthritis mother. She passed away in Sept 2013. During the time, I became an investor on real estate and stock market. I am lucky to know a banker CEO who taught me in financial view.

Although I didn't find a "soul mate" on AFF, but I am glad Chinese FriendFinder has blogs, so that I can post my opinions and receive responses also share other blogs.

I am excited about my next big trip to Australia and New Zealand for 16 days with Women Traveling Together. I bought a 42 pocket vest that can store all my gadgets (smartphone, iPod, ...) chargers, passport, credit card, maps, .... I also bought an adapter for Australia electric outlet that is different from U.S.A. This time I travel with 15 other women. I will add more photos upon return from Australia/ New Zealand.

We only have one life, so why NOT enjoy to the fullest?

What are you looking for? (Your criterions and standards)

We go online dating sites to look for “pen-pal”, “friend”, “companion”, “partner”, “long term relationship”, “marriage” ….and etc. We have certain criterions, certain people to fit what you are looking for. Divorce has daunted many people. However, life has limit, so we need a companion for the rest of life. That’s why we put up a profile online and hope someone will discover us, someone fit our standards to start a friendship.

Age and distance are very important factors. Some scammers may say “age is just number”. No, I want certain range of age because I am looking for compatible and mature person who is a little older than me. Distance is also important. I have received so many scammer emails said “when two hearts love each other, distance is not a problem” that are BS. How can I trust anyone who lives far away? How can I verify them? We need to meet many, many times to understand a person, to trust a person.

Personal habits such as smoker, regular drinker, gambler, are out of the question. I am looking for a better life, so those bad habits are NOT qualified. Those are NON-NEGOTIABLE. Must be non-smoker, sober, non-gambler and NOT addict to drugs.

Intelligence and education are what I am looking for. Not only “book smart” (education) but also “street smart” (experience) are what I am searching for. I will be the “judge” of your intelligence.

Appearance – playboy handsome or gym rat body intimidate me. I like smart and mature look guys. I posted many photos, so I want to see who you are. However, height is important to me, you have to be at least 5’8” tall to 6’3”. I like guy who is taller than me.

Good personality is the key to get along with. I have met 5 attorneys and found out they are eloquent and aggressive, so my impression wasn’t good. Honesty and integrity are essential personality.

Religion – I can’t tolerate “Bible study”, “weekly churchgoer” or “God-fear” religious person. Although I was raised as Catholic for my first 30+ years, I am an Agnostic (not religious) now. I can go church on big holidays only. I don’t want to argue those dogmas over a dinner or been forced to convert to his religion. I don’t believe in Heaven or Hell or God or Devil. I follow the Golden Rule – “Do unto others as you would have others do unto you”. I don’t need a dogma to tell me what is Right or Wrong. I don’t expect to go to Heaven or Hell when I die. I will be “dust” or “ash” on earth.

Travel – I like to travel and don’t want a “homebody”. You enjoy traveling and have time and money to travel with me.

Last but not the least, must be an U.S. citizen. My ex-husband used me to get his U.S. citizenship and I swore I won’t make same mistake twice.

How about you? What are you looking for?

Another TED talk: Be passionate, Be courageous, Be your best

Have you watched the TED talk video about the interview of Congresswoman, Gabby Giffords and her Astronaut husband, Mark Kelly? Their romance, love of each other has touched my heart.

I am a Democrat, a woman who is pro "Gun Control", "Green environment", "Not religious", ..... wish our world can be a better planet.

I came out from a marriage that made me so very disappointed. I sympathized a Taiwanese licensed dentist who couldn't pass his California dentist license exam for six years, who didn't attend any dental school in USA, who didn't have "Green Card" or "U.S. citizenship". I helped him everything I could. I helped him to pass Calif dentist license exam (volunteer to be a dental assistant for license exam). He proposed me (kneed down) so that he could get his "Green card" through marriage, when his checking account only had $34.85. I paid every meal while dating except the first time. I paid for every furniture, every down-payment, mortgage payments, insurance, tax, even utility & phone bills. He didn't buy any baby diaper, clothes, crib, .... He got free house, free meals, free car, free furniture, free "Green card" & U.S. citizenship, free of everything. I established a dental office, paid remodel construction, X-ray, dental chair, ... worked as front desk for that dental office that I paid for 4 & 1/2 years while I was pregnant twice (a & a ). When my was just 3 years old, I've opened my own pharmacy for 5 years, worked for Rite Aid, Kaiser hospital pharmacy, CVS pharmacy full time. He has never attended any U.S. dental school, so he has no confidence. He only takes easy cases. He couldn't make money. I paid for everything and cook, dish wash, vacuum, laundry, take care 2 . I had worked night shift so that I could make more money and pick-up from schools. I only slept 2 - 4 hours in the morning for 10 - 12 hours shift 7 nights on and 7 days off. I have spoiled him. At midnight when everything quiet down, I was thinking "what is he doing in my life?". He used me for house, money, green card, .... He watched TV and said TV is the best and cheapest tool for English, sports, news, entertainment, .... He didn't pay for that TV set, cable or even electricity. Now you know why I hate scammers. I think my ex-husband didn't intend to be a scammer but his laziness, slowpoke made his life so easy.

I filed divorce in May 2004. He hired 2 Jewish attorneys and asked me to pay his attorneys' charges, alimony, 50% property market value, ..... You know "Community Property Law" is on his side. My heart is broken. Nobody can help me because "Law is law".

I met a Caucasian banker CEO/President/Chairman in June 2006. He is my best friend and I trust him. His advices have benefited me many times. There are no money change hands. However, he doesn't want another marriage because his divorce had daunted him. It has been over 8 years, we have had more than 7 thousand emails, many dates (coffee or lunch).. I admire his entrepreneurial charisma. He is so different from my ex. I talk with him about politics, religion, stock market, real estate, election, current events, but no romance. He likes to travel, listen to music, reading, .... so do I. (He also ski, swim, ... but I don't) One night I wrote an email "Unilateral Love" to express my affection. Next morning, he replied he doesn't want another marriage. He invited me to a fancy restaurant that coming Saturday for lunch an hour. That's all. I wish he can love me more just like Mark Kelly loves Gabby Giffords.

C'est la vie.
