The Fisherman's Tale Sunlight sparkled on the water. A light breeze stirred up ripples that spread out upon the water's surface. A perfect day to catch the perfect fish. I had the right line, bait, and lure. Conditions were favourable. I could almost feel the smooth skin, taste the salty flesh of that perfect fish. But it all went wrong and she went swimming off to deeper, far-off waters. The fish that got away. And so I return to blogland, sad and disappointed. But there are many unhappy souls here.
