What makes a good boss What personal qualities makes a good boss? Leadership qualities are essential so that they can take charge when a diffricult decision needs to be made. A simple basic formula is to TALK to STAFF & LISTEN to what they have to say also. A relaxed working enviroment is also most essential because when staff respect you they will work hard for you and productivity increases. If we feel happy at work we also become loyal also. Bad managers are those who are very aggresive and bully staff these managers are people who cannot use the power that they are given to good use instead they become greedy and selfish people. Kindness to others costs nothing to give but can give you the power to be loved and respected in all aspects of your social & working life. |

a good boss.. should first and foremost know the nature of the business, and then know their job within it.. then they can understand their people's challenges.. and know best how to work with their people to meet the objective.
