I'm hoping they can fix it... About 6 weeks ago I noticed a glitch in the home page of AFF. The same faces were appearing and the cupid settings were no longer working. I sent an e-mail to support and they replied suggesting I reset some computer cache settings to cure the problem. I did this, but the problem persists. The same problem happens to my at my laptop, home and office computers. So, I sent another e-mail but they cannot find anything wrong with the website. This problem seems unique to my profile. It's 6 weeks now and the same (married) woman appears in first photo of the new member photo gallery. Before this glitch, I used to get hundreds of views per month, winks nearly every day, 2-3 new e-mails daily... now, I haven't received an e-mail in more than a week, my winks are down, views are down. Yes... something is seriously wrong here and no one knows how to fix it. |
