But she has no blogs...

There's a woman who appears on the actively watched blogs feature on the main blog page. I see her photo there several times a week. When I click on her name, it takes me to her blog page... however, there are no blogs to read. She has no blogs visible. I'm trying to figure out why I cannot see her blogs. Maybe I have to be on her friends list to view them?
