BYD Chinese electric car... I was going through some of my photos today taken when I visited Nanning Guangxi China. One weekend, I went to the auto show at the Nanning Expo Center and saw so many really interesting cars there. In the parking lot was a very small red car with the marking BYD. I've always had a fascination for little cars... and this one was no different. Last week a Nanning woman looked at my profile and she was in front of a little red car. I don't know if she has one but I 'Googled' BYD tonight and it brought up their website. BYD stands for Build Your Dreams. It appears they are a very technologically advanced manufacturer based in Shenzhen. They produce several models of electric cars and a bus. I'm impressed. I wasn't able to search the website tonight but I plan to revisit sometime this weekend. BYD.... Build Your Dreams. |
