Blog Participation...

We have a very small group of people blogging.
Either you like blogging or you don't but I'm wondering if it would be possible to bring more people here, hopefully they will like self expression and join us. Any suggestions?

Write about romantic fantasy, and you'll probably get plenty commentary.

Oh, maybe I should talk about a psycho girlfriend I had and the night she was flying around the bedroom on her broomstick!

Yes, but I'm afraid it will taint the waters for future relationships. It's not good to talk about Jerry Springer and the exorcist on a first date!

    Quoting warmfamily:
The lack of participation in this blog about blog participation - where even the original poster lacks the interest to respond - is a good example of why there is not more participation in the blogs.

    Toooooo funny.
Warm... I didn't realize it was so important (to you) that I monitor and perpetuate all my blogs. Sorry... Despite a hectic schedule I'll try to do better n the future.

I always believed blogs are short term. Fresh bread tastes great on the first day and not quite as good on the second day. My goal is to get in a few varied subjects that cross my mind each week.

With that thought, I believe generating reader interest would be to have a group of followers always looking to see me post NEW MATERIAL.

I blog on another site where blog 'conversations' are prohibited.
They have forums for ongoing discussions.
Some places don't allow comments. If you message (e-mail) the blog poster, he chooses the right to comment about his/her comments.

I tread on think ice here as some of my blogs and blog comments were not acceptable.
