If YOU had a chance to do it over again...

I was watching a video that suggests some people have experienced time travel. I'm not talking about Science Fiction, but the real thing.

This will be a short poll/blog for a consensus what the readers would consider if given the choice to go back in time and change ONE THING, a single event, decision that you were a part of.

Most of the people I know said they would have bought lots of stock in Microsoft.

Forget about buying Microsoft stock. I say I wish I had been at the Albuquerque New Mexico police department on December 13, 1977 with enough cash to bail out Bill Gates who was arrested for allegedly driving without a license!

My warning is just like all the Science Fiction movies... The ramifications of changing something in the past could have some serious affects on the future.

Would you do it?
.
.
No... I would not take a chance to go back in time.
Yes... I would take a chance to go back in time.

There are certainly some things i would change. the oddity is, some good experiences I had would not have happen as well as some not good experiences.
I think I'd certainly change my marriage status, I would have married much younger, because I missed the experiences of raising a family and having a long term mate.
(I've been with very beautiful too look at women, women with nice figures and such, but it was never any more than I made it out to be in my mind, Friends often speak about the appeal of some of the women I've known and shared with and certainly they have expressed envy, but in the whole of it, they based too much on the looks and not enough on the substance of character dedication).

Can't go back, so even though much changed where some thing will never come to be, I'm over-all at peace with who I am and what I have held fast to within myself of character and personal achievements)

Our lives are built by many things. all those things shape whom we are. We would be UN-recogonizable to the current state of self, if we went back and changed something. Not only would it change us, it would change the whole of every aspect of our lives. We'd not be the person we are.

Now for those who have been criminal, it may well be that a change would benefit them if they had not done certain criminal acts.

but in general for those who have not engaged to purposefully do malice, we may well be whom we are destined to be at this point and time in life.
