Tofu on the menu tonight... We bought some tofu last week and my wife prepared it with beef and Italian spaghetti sauce. It was really good. Tonight was a different recipe prepared with small ground turkey meatballs and zucchini. I like the other style a little better because of the stronger sauce flavor, but this was much better than I remember tofu from a few years ago. If I recall, tofu back then had a taste like white chalk they use in the classroom. no kidding... it was similar to Plaster-of-Paris. I think now, having tried something different, I like it enough to try again. Long live tofu! |
