Excessive blog views...

I usually log in 3 or 4 times a day checking for new scammer photos, blog comments and messages... usually in that order. What I have noticed on the main blog page are high numbers of views to the members who blog here. This is a complete opposite to the amount of comments made to these blogs.
From experience (on another bog site) there are usually 10 comments for every 100 views. What we have here are two or three hundred views and only a few comments. People viewing blogs repeatedly and not making comments. The only time I recall (on the other site) was a person who was intentionally annoying the other members and would rack-up 3000 views in 1 or 2 hours.
Since it's an observation and not a complaint, I'm curious if others monitor the views to their blogs.

it probably has little matter to the over-all except maybe the program designers and the organization who owns this script, for their sake of tabulations for competitive concerns. (who knows maybe they are posturing themselves to become more advertisement driven, and these numbers could potentially be of service in such aims.) for all we know, the blogs can be posted across their broad array of site, and numbers represent a collective total, from across the variable number of site).
but unless they award the blog poster 'points" of some sort based on views, it may be of no benefit to the blogger beyond viewing posted numbers. It's a logical progression when a site boast such high number of its membership. which too may be comprised on the membership numbers across a variety of collective sites.
either way, it become inconsequential and of no consequential benefit to the blogger in terms of person gains.

Lao... it's not only me. I'm seeing half of the other bloggers getting over 1000 views in just a few days.

As far as crossing over to other 'finder' sites I'm unaware this was/is possible. I'm only registered here.
