I've got a LOLLIPOP on my cellphone...

Google, unveiled their version 5 android operating system nearly a year ago and some carriers started releasing updates late last year. For me, the update came today. Named Lollipop, the upgrade installation was successful and took less than an hour including backing up all the contents of the phone.

What can you expect for this upgrade?
So far, they did a lot of fixing things that weren't broken!

The interface colors are 'more pastel' and bit easier to read. Some of the sounds have changed and there is a lot more animation/articulation of screen changes than before. It appears to be quicker in operation. I haven't read the tech notes and I'm sure to have a few operational glitches simply as they like to make changes with every new version.

e-mail links are improved. I often receive mail from a music store and it would display the message in a page many times larger than my screen. I had to scroll around to find things. Now, the entire page is viewed in one screen making it easier to view and zoom as needed.

That's the quick review and it it's offered on your Android phone, I think you will like the change.

I would think it's a setting of the application and not the phone. Check to see if that application updated. I had a few applications update when I did the update and now they are slightly different.
