What ever happened to... ? Most people on dating sites will never find a true love. Percentage wise, I'd say this is probably very high. Over the years I have seen members disappear and return, usually with a new profile and (hopefully) new photos. Some actually return with their old photos! A few months ago, we had blog comments from 'the angry young man' who lived in New Zealand. He was looking for quick results on a dating site and now, he is gone. I doubt he found what he was looking for... certainly not here. Who remembers the young woman who plastered her blogs with selfie photos each week? She would often make hateful comments about other bloggers. I don't see her anymore.... Do you think she found love and stopped coming here? I see some older members (on another dating site) who have returned. Some come for the connection (social exchange) with other long-time members and some come back to the 'watering hole' looking for a mate after a failed relationship. What ever happened to you? |
