Darling... give me a sign!

I see lots of faked photos on the internet. Some come from crafty artists and some come from websites that allow you to paste your face on someones body.

There are some websites that have a blank marquee and you can customize the signage to be displayed.

It's been years since I researched this, but sign-generator websites take a photo with someone holding a note and you can customize what's written on the note so it looks like the person actually wrote it.

Sniffing out a bogus profile this morning, I came across some forged photos. The original is Julie Avalos who's photo is often used by scammers. You can see she has a drink in her hand.
The faked photo has the drink removed and a white poster pasted into the image. All one has to do is generate the sign so it appears the photo was hand written... to you new lover!

GH, that is correct. Most of these scams are run by men in Ghana and they have the ability to 'string-along' several unsuspecting guys at the same time.
