Alan, the tree is approximately 8 months old. My neighbor is also growing one papaya tree that is nearly a year old and though it's taller the fruit is half the size as my tree.

BK, we gave away more than 200 mangoes this past season. I don't want to do that with papaya. I plan to buy a dehydrator and process as many as I can. The rest will go into the freezer to be used in smoothie protein drinks.
