Vitamins... I'll go through phases of taking vitamins for a few months then stopping and (with the exception of B12) notice no difference. This round I'm taking individual vitamins instead of a mult-vitamin and again feel no different than without vitamins. I know there is a connection with diet, exercise and vitamins, but I haven't found the magic formula. . . |

I'm m told by my doctor to take 5,000IU of D3 daily. Unless the benefits of D3 are long term, I cannot detect any difference. Also, how much is too much... doesn't D3 become toxic in the system if the dose is too high?
