Bless me faddah for I have sinned...

My last blog was three days ago and I think it's okay to blog again.

1classy said goodbye and that she wouldn't come back to my blogs...
I'm sorry for that, but I need to move on and continue in my quest to be the very best blogger that I can be. So... if I step on a few toes along they way, so be it!

On a good note, I've been listening to guitarist from Pink Floyd DAVID GILMOUR in his recent solo work. One of his songs has singers/musicians David Crosby and Graham Nash as vocal harmonic backup.

Many young people here probably don't know these 2 guys... Research back to the 1970's and you can see Crosby, Stills & Nash with a handful of really beautiful songs. Their performance at the Woodstock Festival is truly classic.

Gilmour's song On An Island has some very heart-felt and tasty guitar solos as well as some beautiful melodic riffs supported by a symphony... interludes to those who are classically trained.

I've been listening to song (on repeat) for the last 30 minutes and savor every note !

Ok, it's 2:30am and I need some rest.

If you care to listen, go to YouTube and type in: David Gilmour On an Island
There is a studio version and a few live versions. I recommend both.

Have you seen/heard the Pink Floyd tribute show band Brit Floyd ?
There are a few full length concerts on YouTube.
