Biscotti... I can (usually) resist cookies and donuts, but the other night in the grocery store they had Biscotti on sale... 2fer1. This style is heavy double baked unlike others that are soft and spongy. Almond & Vanilla. I'm up to a day... okay, a day and see my supply dwindling. . .

My office is near a Jewish bakery and they have nearly the same product called Mandel Bread that is seasonal. Looks and tastes like a soft version of Biscotti.
