oh may be Chatillion's wife lives in different area in China that celebrates Chinese New Year differently. So they prefer western Valentines day instead. And same as you oldghost, may be girls you met in China eating Laopo bing too. Chinese new year dishes and snacks are all about good meanings that brings wealth, longevity, lucks at all areas. .
