The actual year of Tiger is only started on the 4th of February , (the Start of Spring day) is the day to start new year. That's the reason why China Winter olympic started on the 4th of February. Anyone was born before 3rd of February 2022 is still year of Ox. Am I ready of New Year ? New Year didn't ask me 'am I ready"
