Who is following the Hush money trial?

I have a retired friend who watched the news all day getting the latest up to the minute results.
For me, I will listen to some evening news recap.
That should be enough as there is nothing I can say or do to affect the outcome.

Agree?

Me of course, via Meidastouch in particular - I'm betting on a hung jury. I feel the prosecution is a little weak, and the so-called double crime is actually everyday cheating and coverup, a bit of a shrug or so what event - but then tax evasion has worked before after all. Someone in the jury has surely been got at, wouldn't you imagine?

I think a hung jury decision must be unanimous.
Also, having a former lawyer as one of the jurors ( to me ) sounded like a bad idea.

no - conviction or not guilty must be unanimous - hung is 1 or more disagreeing and seems odds-on to me. If so I think the prosecution will drop the case.

I read that deliberations will probably go into next week.

I'm surprised that former attorney Alina Habba stated Biden was not responsible for for the trial.
