Food poisoning Sorry to few days don't put anything here. i was food poisoning. now i feel better la. thank you for all always support me here. let me explain the food poisoning here to you an acute illness typically characterized by gastrointestinal inflammation, vomiting, and diarrhoea, caused by food that is either naturally poisonous or contaminated by pathogenic bacteria. so please be careful everytime when you eat.

You should always keep at your house some Huo Xiang Zheng Qi Tang (藿香正气散), it's perfect for food poisoning.
