My Chinese Cooking OMG!!! I haven't cooked the way I used to cook in China for a very long time. I just cooked some fried vegatables with galic and I feel like I will float away on the oil!!! hehe... I think if I cook again that way we will be able to set up and oil rig under the kitchen. It tasted soooooooooo good though. I think I will become a big pimple by tomorrow though, haha. I cook just some bok choi and chinese cabbage with minced garlic. I steamed the veggies lightly first to make them smaller and then heat the oil, put in some sesame oil and the garlic and then the veggies. I put some store-made korean bbq sauce by J*E*S in near the end so I don't have to spend a lot of time on spices and some salt. My friend loved it!! I did too. It was pretty good but soooooper oily!!!  My friend asked me if it would taste ok with less oil and I had to say no though, that really good flavor comes from all that oil. I explained to him that when I was in China they served the food in big bowl of hot oil and the food was underneath!!! You take it out with your chopstick and put it in your rice bowl. I love this!!!! I always eat my food in a bowl on top of rice with chopsticks when I lived in Hawaii. Wow, I still feel like oil attack! I think I will go lay down for a while...
