My blogs on AFF

Happy holidays to everyone who read my blogs.

Over the years, I have posted 33 blogs on AFF. Many thanks for those read my blogs and posted opinions and responses on my blogs. I have noticed lately many people read my blogs. I also noticed that scammers have been disappeared and less people read my profile lately. I have caught so many scammers over the years, i.e. many Army Generals, cardiologist MD, petroleum and gas engineer in Beverly Hills, .... They can't fool me. I can detect them. I reported them, deleted, blocked and spam them.

I have revealed many aspects on my blogs, i.e. religion, politics, ideal match, geopolitical chaos in 2014, ..... I am a very honest person (to a fault). I am lucky to have a very smart who is on scholarship that saved me $70,000+ each year since Sept 2005 (pre-med to post-graduate medical school). She is my most proud of person.

My passion on traveling and music have accompanied me over the years. I quit my pharmacist full time job since July 2009 in order to take care of my osteoporosis/ arthritis mother. She passed away in Sept 2013. During the time, I became an investor on real estate and stock market. I am lucky to know a banker CEO who taught me in financial view.

Although I didn't find a "soul mate" on AFF, but I am glad Chinese FriendFinder has blogs, so that I can post my opinions and receive responses also share other blogs.

I am excited about my next big trip to Australia and New Zealand for 16 days with Women Traveling Together. I bought a 42 pocket vest that can store all my gadgets (smartphone, iPod, ...) chargers, passport, credit card, maps, .... I also bought an adapter for Australia electric outlet that is different from U.S.A. This time I travel with 15 other women. I will add more photos upon return from Australia/ New Zealand.

We only have one life, so why NOT enjoy to the fullest?

I won't use cellular during the stay in Australia or NZ. I only will use WiFi for internet browsing and emails or sending my photos back to USA. Traveling is supposed to be relax, take easy. However, I have stocks, so it might be volatile during my stay, so I need to see my holdings.

My daughter is back from Detroit for holidays until 1/2/2015. I will cook turkey on Christmas Eve. I am good in cooking turkey, moisture, and scrumptious. I have my secret how to cook turkeys.

I love to travel and music.

Yes, I have "Dropbox" for all my gadgets i.e. Desktop, laptop, Nexus 7, iPod Touch, Galaxy S4. I can view all my documents and music from all my gadgets. My 3,000 songs iTune music in my Desktop, transported to iPod Nano 16 GB partially and iPod Touch 64 GB. Then Apple gave me iCloud. My daughter installed Google Cloud for me, so that I can listen that 3,000 songs from Nexus 7 and Galaxy S4 (smartphone) even they are different operation services. I prefer Google Android system and more familiar with Android then Apple iOS. I have an app MP3 Free music download in Galaxy S4 and downloaded 71 free songs on the top of 3,000 songs in Apple iTune. I went to Apple Store to learn how to use Apple gadgets, I have been told by 3 employees that they don't and can't tell me about MP3 Free Music Download. Ha, ha, ha,..... Apple wants consumers to buy song from their iTune store for $0.99 per song or $1.29 per song. I have purchased near 800 songs and spent lots of money for music at iTune store.

This year "Black Friday" (the day after Thanksgiving day), I went to Best Buy to buy two of 64 GB memory cards for $24.99 per chip to increase my Galaxy S4 (16 G storage to 80 GB (16 GB + 64 G and my digital camera from 1 GB to 64 GB. That is the another reason that I like Google Android system than Apple. For Apple products once you bought 32 GB, you can't increase memory capacity. You need to buy another higher such as 64 GB or 128 GB.

My Galaxy S4 probably needs to turn off mobile use to "Airplane Mode". My smartphone will become "dumb phone" in Australia and NZ. I'd better to bring Nexus 7 with me to use WiFi, since I am more familiar with Google Android system. My daughter is loyal to Google Android system, she has Samsung Galaxy Note 4. I got my Galaxy S4 for $0.01 (1 penny) in early August when S5 debuted. I can afford 1 penny for such a wonderful device (sale tax is $63).

I think I won't bring wire to transport my digital camera to my laptop because I have 80 GB S4, 64 iPod Touch and 64 GB digital camera that a whole lots of GB memory capacity. (80 + 64 + 64 = 208 G. Too much already. Actually my Nexus 7 32 GB also has camera too.

BTW, I don't join FaceBook or Twitter (social media), I want to keep my privacy. I already have 42 photos on AFF. I think the most photos on AFF. Chinese FriendFinder is like my Instagram.

I am still learning high-tech gadgets.

Thank you laogui to explain how Australia got started. It sounds to me that Australia started from whole bunch of pirates and criminals from British.

In 1901 Australia became the Commonwealth of Australia that is YOUNGER country than U.S.A. that declared independence on July 4th of 1776.

According to WTT itinerary, we will arrive Sydney first but immediately fly to New Zealand and spend about 5 days there, then fly back to Australia. I think I will take lots of pictures. I have 80 GB in my Samsung Galaxy S4, 64 GB in my iPod Touch and 64 GB in my digital camera. I am well prepared for this trip.

Can you tell me about the history of Australia and NZ? When did Australia become British colony? When did Australia declare independence? People elect Australia prime minister? How long is the prime minister term? How many terms can a prime minister on? How about NZ (prime minister) too?

Would you tell me about those history? Thank you.

To laogui:

This will be my first time to join "Women Traveling Together". I will be assigned to be with a woman roommate for 13 nights. I paid $6,196 for 13 night hotels (room share) + group airfare for $3,334 + membership $45 so far. WTT said the breakfast always included but only 7 lunches and 5 dinners. I don't know how much for visa for 2 countries yet.

I feel safer with a group, so that I don't need to worry about hotel reservation or lost in a trip that I have never been. WTT said will email us more information when the trip closer. My mom told me NZ scenery is prettier than Australia.

I think the recent Sydney cafe hostage siege is an isolate terrorist case.

I set my world time/ weather on my smartphone apps, so I know current time and temperature in New Zealand and Australia. I called WTT about the cellular won't work in these 2 countries, but been told they have special phone to use in case of family emergency. I know there are WiFi available in all 13 night hotels, so I told my son and daughter that I will email them, but NOT phone call or text.

New Zealand is the first country in the world that celebrates New Year Day.

I can't think any question yet.
