The cocktail drink named Shhh ..... with Carol I ordered this cocktail named "Shhh ......" It says on menu "Villa's favourite. A sexy combination of strawberries and lime muddled with Vodka Strawberry liqueur and Midori. Chilled with crushed ice." I copied down the description of this drink in my smartphone note. Just for fun. Everyone had pizza except me. But we stopped at a Gelato store, they had Gelato, but I had Sorbet because I am "Lactose Intolerant". I used to NOT DRINK ANY ALCOHOL at home as I set "good role model" for my when they were under 21. Now they are over 25 and I am traveling, so I drink "liquor" with dinner while traveling. It helps a little for my insomnia (jet lag).  Honesty is the best policy. |

Carol is a very nice lady. However, she only ordered chicken for every meal. I joked her "you are chicken to eat exotic food, so you only order chicken". She laughed. She said "lamb is cute and medium rare cooked is still bloody, so she didn't order", or "kangaroo is cute to pat, how can you eat them", or "crocodile is mean animal, how can you eat them? you will become mean too". I laughed. I ate seafood (including raw oyster), lamb, kangaroo, crocodile and Barramundi fish fillets, .... whatever is exotic on the menu. I drink the mixed juice in the morning (carrot, celery, apple, orange, watermelon, melon, cantaloup, beets, ...) instead of coffee or tea or orange juice. I drink liquor at dinner and learned a few liquor names such as Cosmopolitan, Sangria red wine, Samuel Adams, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, ..... We visited a winery and had lunch there (of course, with liquor). I also learned a few deserts such as Crab ravioli, croquette, onion tarte, pavolova, creme brulee, Tiramisu, Bruschetta, gelato, sorbet, tim Tam cookies, Tip Top ice cream, .... I am catching up with good lifestyle. Those Caucasian ladies taught me a lot. Honesty is the best policy.
