Weekend joke - Truly Blond .....

A blonde has become dreadfully overweight. She goes to the doctor and he decides to put her on a diet.

"I want you to eat normally for two days, then skip a day, and repeat this procedure for 2 weeks. Next time I see you, you'll probably be 5 pounds lighter."

The blonde returns after 2 weeks, but upon weighing her it turns out she lost 20 pounds.

"That's amazing!" Said the doctor, "and you followed my instructions?"

The blonde nods, tiredly. "I'll tell you, I thought I was going to drop dead that third day."

"From hunger, you mean?" Asked her doctor.

"No, silly, from the skipping!"

Thanks for your suggestion of dancing. I only know Cha Cha and Waltz, .... I have two left feet Not very good in dancing. However, I joined 24hr Fitness for Zumba class in 2015 but it didn't help me to lose weight.

I have joined 24hr Fitness for Cycling class twice a week and Aqua Aerobics class twice a week in order to lose weight. I have been told that Bicycling and Aqua Aerobics or Swimming are Non-Weight Bearing. The trainer told me to walk on Treadmill, jogging, .... So, I think skipping is a good idea.

The best exercise for your bones is the weight-bearing kind, which forces you to work against gravity. Some examples of weight-bearing exercises include weight training, walking, hiking, jogging, climbing stairs, tennis, and dancing. Non weight-bearing exercise include swimming and bicycling.
