Weekend joke - Whack

A couple of old guys were golfing when one mentioned that he was going to
go to Dr. Steinberg for a new set of dentures the next morning.

His elderly buddy remarked that he, too, had gone to the very same dentist two years
before.

"Is that so?" asked the first old guy. "Did he do a good job?"

The second oldster replied, "Well, I was on the golf course yesterday when a
guy on the next fairway hooked a shot. The ball must have been going at
least 180 mph when it slammed me right in the testicles."

The first old guy was confused and asked, "What the hell does that have to
do with your dentures?"

"It was the first time in two years my teeth didn't hurt."

p.s. As a reminder, I am NOT the original writer of all the "Weekend jokes", so I am NOT responsible for them. Those "weekend jokes" are from my Las Vegas real estate agent.

I am glad you like those jokes. Most of those jokes are very classic and take a moment to think about them.

Yes, rental properties. I bought 5 of them in winter of 2011, rented out. Then I sold 2 properties six months before my mom passed away in 2013. They are almost doubled in market value.

My banker CEO gave me the advice. Told me to sell property at high in June 2007 and bought at low when every street has signs "Foreclosure, bank own for sale". Why he wanted me to buy in Las Vegas? Because every casino has 3 shifts of employees for hotel, casino, restaurant, coffee shop, shows, .... and those employees need places to sleep. In 2008 - 2011, U.S. had financial crisis, many banks bankrupted, the borrowers didn't pay mortgage payments so bank foreclosed their houses, condo, .... Too many Las Vegas employees didn't pay monthly payment and bank took bank that was the time I bought them.

I collect rent monthly and property management manage for me. Real Estate is 2/3 of my wealth. FOMC (Federal Open Market Commission) announced that they will raise interest rate in June this year. By that time, real estate will bloomy once again.

I have given away free information how to make money in real estate many times, if you have read my many blogs and other's blogs. It is limited in U.S. only I don't know your Australia or any other country.

I have that banker CEO/President/Chairman as my best friend for 10 years. We have very similar views on economy, politics, religion, real estate and stock market, .... everything except romance. He has entrepreneurial charisma and vision. I am very lucky to know him.

The banker and a PhD physicist like those "weekend jokes", so every time I received that Las Vegas real estate agent email weekly, I immediately forward to him and whole bunch of my email friends (male and female). I know their email addresses but I don't know people on AFF, so I use the blogs to spread those jokes to share with Chinese FriendFinder and SFF. However, many times people criticize those jokes that I have prejudice for certain issues. That's why I always to put the reminder in big red "bold" words to tell the bloggers that those jokes were NOT from me. I just share those AFF. My kindness sometimes make people misunderstood me.

From my Las Vegas real estate agent. I am on her email list. I don't know how or where she got those jokes. She is a Caucasian woman and went to New Zealand with her husband and son during January of 2015 (one month before my trip). They didn't go to Australia.

In her emails, she gives us choice to "unsubscribe", they the joke will stop coming. Most of her jokes are pretty funny, but I don't like this one.
