Birthday vacation for 5 days/ 4 nights

I have a credit card that gave me "Mileages" for an airline company. I have accumulated enough mileages to go to Honolulu, Hawaii round trip for FREE. So, I ordered round trip ticket online using that mileages. Then I made the hotel reservation online for 4 nights paid for double occupancy through a travel agency. The room is near Waikiki Beach. I ordered "Polynesian Cultural Center" ticket online too.

I have been to Honolulu, Hawaii 23 years ago when my was only 3 years old. This time I go solo. I just want to get away and relax for 5 days and 4 nights for my birthday. I will be inactive on this website during August 20 through 25.

I will upload new photos upon return. Stay tuned.

FYI: Hawaii doesn't have "daylight saving time". So in summer, Hawaii is 3 hours behind California and in winter, 2 hours behind.

You sounded almost like my banker friend that he said he had "withdrawal symptom" whenever he didn't receive the forwarding joke email from me on Friday's evenings. I didn't receive the joke email from my Las Vegas real estate agent last Friday. Maybe, she run out the jokes, or she was too busy. Hopefully, she will send me joke this Friday and then I will post blog to share with Chinese FriendFinder and SFF. That Vegas agent also went to New Zealand in January 2015 with her family (husband and 2 adult sons) 2 weeks prior to my trip in Feb. She didn't go to Australia though.

I am still in California in a very hot summer. I wanted to take the advantage of my credit card offered me "airline Mileages" to Hawaii. I spent too much money on credit card. Every $1 I charge on my credit card, I got 1 mile. I've accumulated $45,456 and enough to go Hawaii for 45,000 miles that equals $450 round trip airfare. but I rather go to Italy where I have NEVER been. Well, a short trip is better than no trip.

Originally I planed to go Italy, but I didn't do well on stock market in 2016. So I changed to a smaller scale of traveling by using the "Mileage" to get free airfare. Perhaps, I will go to Italy in 2017. We will see,.....

I was doing very well in stock market in 2014, so I went to Australia/ New Zealand in Feb 2015. However, the crude oil became a lag to my portfolio for a long time. I am stuck with crude oil.

In order to get away from stock market, I decided to go Hawaii instead.
