Against all odds, when the stars align for Trump, he won

This election is the most exhausted and polarizing (divided) campaign season in U.S. history. The mood of the country is flummoxed—are we feeling relief, anger, uncertainty, optimism, pessimism, hope, or despondency? I felt disbelieved, betrayed, depressed and angry, initially. We will see how Trump can fulfill his promises and political rhetoric during his campaign, e.g. build a great wall at border with Mexico and have Mexicans pay for it, deport illegal immigrants, reduce the rich people's tax brackets and bring the jobs back to USA, raise the interest rates (fire Janet Yellen?), trust his hand on that nuclear bomb button and his slogan "make America great again". We shall see ....

When the stars align for Trump, people forgive his peculiar behaviors, bully languages, his discrimination on immigration, Mexicans, Blacks, Asians, Women, Muslims, and LGBT that against "First Amendment", but promote "Second amendment" for weapon ownership. People elected a president who talked about his genital size during the primary election, the birther of Obama, using coal for energy source, the lewd language on a bus and 12 women testified his groping and kissing, mocking a gold star soldier who sacrificed his life to save others because his family is Muslim, mocked McCain is not a hero because he has been captured, Trump himself didn't have any military service. Trump didn't release his income tax returns, lost near $1 billion in 1995 that he has wiped out tax for 18 years, tell Apple to bring the workforce back to USA so that iPhone will be double or triple prices and lose the competition with Samsung? said Amazon has huge "antitrust" problem and used the Washington Post to manipulate the politics, tell the 2nd Amendment gun owners to take care of Hillary, disarm her bodyguard's weapons and see what happen to her, Trump said he could shoot somebody and not lose voters..... for all of those he said and done in order to win the election and people forgive him and voted for him. Against all odds, he won the election.

To be an U.S. president (unlike a businessman) is a huge difficult job, everything is under scrutiny. We shall see, .....

I am in "Wait and See Mode".

Against all odds, Trump won the election
Trump 他以黑馬的姿態最後勝出。(跌破專家的眼鏡。) Many people were surprised if not shocked. Hillary won "Popular votes", but Trump won "Electoral votes". Hillary has 20,000 more votes than Trump, but lose on electoral votes. It is the 2nd time that Democrat lost election because "Electoral votes". The last time was Al Gore.

When the stars align for Trump = When an unexpected and nearly impossible event takes place. Usually due to pure luck or the divine intervention of God.

I can't agree with Trump for his peculiar character, bully language, aggressive attitude, womanizing, mocked Blacks, Mexicans, Muslim, women, promoted "2nd Amendment" for gun ownership, .... There are too many to list here.

However, we have to accept his victory, because this is democracy.
