Will Mark Zuckerberg (FaceBook CEO) run for President in 2020? Yes, possible

I can't provide you the link, but if you put "Mark Zuckerberg Is Going To Run For President In 2020" in Google and see the YouTube video for yourself.

After 20 months tumultuous 2016 presidential election, so much hatred, divided political agendas, the election came to a conclusion that Trump won. However, the conflicts in between Republican and Democrat are still exist. I have watch and read the YouTube video "Mark Zuckerberg is going to run for President in 2020" about 2 days ago. Wow, this is a tremendous good news for U.S. citizens.

Mark Zuckerberg is a smart high-tech CEO and his wife is a MD who is a ABC (American born Chinese). They are richer than Trump and they are humanitarians and philanthropists. Mark Zuckerberg is an atheist but because 75% of U.S. population are Christian/ Catholic, so he may consider to change. Mr. and Mrs. Zuckerberg have much better images than any political candidates in 2016.

Hi Summer y breeze,
You waste time to quote from Bible. I didn't ask any question. I don't believe in Bible. Bible was written by HUMAN couple thousand years ago. Those human thought the earth is flat, not round. There are no god. If Jesus Christ was born from Mary, how could she a virgin? Was there a OBGYN doctor check her vagina? So, god told her husband "you can't have sex with your wife, Mary, because she will have my child and she must be a virgin??? Bible is a fiction. It doesn't mean you should believe anything in printing will be true. I once dated an atheist-Jewish podiatrist MD in Beverly Hills who laughed to say the above Bible story about "virgin Mary".

There are thousands of religion, each have different stories, different gods. People live in certain country and under the "pressure", so they believe what the surrounding people believed. If you live in Mid-East, you must be a "Muslim", otherwise, you will be stone to dead or killed. If you are in India, you have to believe in Hindu. Because you live in USA or any Western countries, you have to be a Christians because most of people believe in Christianity.

When you look up to see sky, it is sky, it is NOT "Heaven". When you look down, it is a land, not a "Hell". People are greedy to go to Heaven, so they believe in a religion. So, Osama bin Ladin told those stupid 19 young Muslim men "if you kill any American, you can go to Heaven and mighty god will give you 72 wives". Those 19 stupid guys believed him and fly 4 U.S. airplanes, two planes into World Trade twin towers (I was on 101 tourist floor on both towers before), one plane in to Pentagon, and one in a field on that dreadful Sept 11th, 2001 morning.

I believe the sky is sky, ground is ground. There is no god, no heaven, devil or hell. It is just imagination and pressure for you to believe in a religion.

John Lennon's song - Image can explain religion very well. I have many blogs about "religion" but you are new blogger, so you didn't read them.

Imagine there's no heaven
It's easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people living for today

Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people living life in peace, you

You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope some day you'll join us
And the world will be as one

Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people sharing all the world, you

You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope some day you'll join us
And the world will be as one.

Trump has no empathy for the less fortunate people. He doesn't donate a cent to Katrina flood or New Jersey hurricane, not a cent, a billionaire David Tepper said before the election. Brad Pitt and his wife Angelina Jolie have not only donate money but also built many houses for those people who lost their houses in Katrina flood. Trump mocked a handicap reporter and last night Meryl Streep said on the stage of Golden Globe Awards. As we all heard what Trump mocked Blacks, Muslims (including a soldier sacrificed his life to save his fellow soldiers), Asians especially China, women (used lewd words), ......

I believe that Trump is a dictator (my way or the high way). Today Trump named his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, White House top adviser job. Isn't that called "cronyism"?

Will Trump build a great wall and have Mexicans pay for the cost? How Trump attack ISIS? How Trump deport 1.1 million illegal Mexicans? Repeal Obama-Care as his priority, it seems he has hatred toward Obama. The House of Representative and senate both are Republicans. Trump can do WHATEVER he wants and get approval from Congressmen and Senators. Nobody can stop what Trump wants to do. Isn't that dictator? I am worry.

I am in "Wait and See Mode". I don't know how USA will become after Trump inauguration.

To be a U.S. president is a very difficult job. He (or She) will lose the privacy (everything under scrutiny), lose the freedom to go shopping, driving, taking criticisms from opposite party, awake to accept the 3 a.m. phone calls when anywhere has crisis happened for annual salary of $400,000. No way.

However, "the power" is so important for some people that driven them to join the election.

I have Googled Mrs. Zuckerberg, Priscilla Chan, information.
Born: February 24, 1985 (age 31), Braintree, MA
Height: 5′ 5″
Parents: Yvonne Chan, Dennis Chan
Siblings: Michelle Chan, Elaine Chan
Education: University of California, San Francisco (2008–2012), Harvard University (2003–2007), Quincy High School (2003)
Children: Maxima Chan Zuckerberg

Priscilla Chan (born February 24, 1985) is an American philanthropist and pediatrician. Her husband is Mark Zuckerberg, the co-founder and CEO of Facebook. As of 2015, she and her husband pledged more than $1.6 billion to charities. In December 2015, they pledged to donate 99% of their Facebook shares, valued at $45 billion, to the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, a philanthropic and political action company that focuses on health and education.

Chan was born in Braintree, Massachusetts, and grew up in Quincy, Massachusetts, just outside of Boston. Her parents were ethnic Chinese refugees[3] who fled Vietnam in refugee boats. She grew up speaking Cantonese and served as interpreter for her grandparents. She has two younger sisters. In 2003, she graduated as class valedictorian from Quincy High School, and was voted "class genius" by her classmates. According to a Facebook post by Mark Zuckerberg, Chan is a Buddhist.

Chan then entered Harvard University, where she met and began dating Mark Zuckerberg, founder of Facebook, in 2003. She graduated in 2007 with a BA in biology, and also studied Spanish. She is fluent in Chinese, English and Spanish. She is the first college graduate in her family. After graduation she taught science at the private Harker School for a year, before entering the medical school of the University of California, San Francisco in 2008. She graduated in 2012, and finished her pediatric residency in the summer of 2015. married Zuckerberg on May 19, 2012, a day after Facebook's stock market launch.

Chan and Zuckerberg announced the birth of their daughter, Maxima Chan Zuckerberg ("Max", Chinese: 陈明宇; pinyin: Zhèn Míngyǔ; Jyutping: Can4 Ming4 Jyu5), on December 1, 2015.

Zuckerberg and Chan have pledged about $1.6 billion to charities, including a donation of $75 million to San Francisco General Hospital, where Chan worked. In 2013, they gave 18 million Facebook shares (valued at more than $970 million) to the Silicon Valley Community Foundation. The Chronicle of Philanthropy placed the couple at the top of its list of 50 most generous American philanthropists for that year.[11] They also pledged $120 million to public schools in the San Francisco Bay Area.[3]

On December 1, 2015, in an open letter to their newborn daughter, Chan and Zuckerberg pledged to donate 99% of their Facebook shares, then valued at $45 billion, to the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, their new charitable foundation with focuses on health and education.

Chan's charitable goals focus on education, healthcare and science, which are closely tied to her personal background. She is considered to have had a strong influence on the philanthropy of her husband.[3] She plans to launch The Primary School in 2016, a nonprofit organization that will provide K–12 education as well as prenatal care, in East Palo Alto, California

pinkcrystal,

Did you Google Priscilla Chan information? She was born in Massachusetts, USA. China blocked Google for years, so you can't Google the accurate information.

Long before Trump, before Zuckerberg, there are many rumors that Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz would come out to be presidential candidate. There are so many qualified people than Donald Trump, but they didn't come out to register as presidential candidates.

I was born and raised as a Catholic that last for 50 yrs. However, I became an agnostic and more and more like an atheist. I don't believe there is God, devil, heaven or hell. I don't believe in Bible that human wrote 2,017 yrs ago when they thought the earth is flat.

Where is god when natural disaster strikes? Where is god when murder was just about to happen? Why there are so many gods in different religions?? There are so many wars because the different religion believes. Religions have different areas. In Asia, most people believe in Buddha. In Mid-East, people are Muslims and believe in Al-La. In India, people believe in Hindu. Christian and Catholic are popular in USA, Europe but there are so many different denominations. People build beautiful church, temple, .... If god is so mighty, why can people speak to him or her directly.

If someone wants me to believe in his god, just tell the god talk to me in my dream or appear in front of me. Otherwise, i remain to be an agnostic/ atheist.

Most of my close friends are agnostic or atheist. My PhD physicist who is a totally atheist. I sent Christmas e-card to him, he replied Merry, merry .... but refused to say Christmas. That physicist believes in evolution. My Jewish orthodontist is an atheist, he doesn't go to synagogue or wear yarmulka cap or follow Kosher food. My banker friend is a Catholic but he doesn't believe in Bible.

Why god can't stop ISIS? They kill thousands of people. Why the prayers didn't work?

I wish Mark Zuckerberg remains to be an atheist.

Yes, he may be the Anti-Trump, and we'd have to wait for a few years to see the two men potentially go toe-to-toe in an election ring, but Wired is floating the rumor that Mark Zuckerberg has made a few moves in recent weeks and months that suggests he's at least contemplating a run for political office someday. The evidence, also cited by Business Insider, includes Zuck's recent public announcement that he's no longer an atheist and thinks "religion is very important," and his pledge to visit the remaining 30 states he's never visited in 2017, and therefore to have "met people in every state in the US by the end of the year." As Wired puts it, "could this be #positioning?"

Zuck will be old enough, per the Constitution, to be President by 2020 (he'll be 35 in 2019), and the pre-emptive 50-state strategy he's embarking on certainly sounds like something a prospective politician would do.

But with zero experience in politics, would he stand a shot? Oh... right. Of course he would.

Wired also points to a clause in Zuckerberg's majority ownership deal at Facebook, approved by shareholders last June, that quietly allows him to take a leave of absence from the country in order to serve in government without ceding his majority stake in Facebook stock, or without permanently losing control of the company. Intriguing, no?

Wired goes on to consider that Zuckerberg has been practicing politics, in a way, already. "As the CEO of a very large and powerful technology company, Zuckerberg is well-practiced in the art of PR — a necessary skill for any politician. And Zuckerberg already promotes many of Facebook’s projects, as well as his own, as taking on issues of public interest — everything from the immigration reform lobbying group he backs to Facebook’s ambitious plan to connect the whole world using new wireless antennas, lasers, and satellites."

And really, once you've become one of the youngest billionaires ever and in charge of one of the biggest companies in the world — one which was credited/blamed for having an enormous, unprecedented influence in our most recent election — where do you go from there?

In related news, Recode has a new piece about Zuckerberg's extraordinarily transparent relationship with his 16,000 employees, and how during weekly meetings broadcast to Facebook's global offices, he reveals lots of confidential details about new products in the works, very little of which ever gets leaked outside the company. It's a culture of openness, and one that feels familial according to one former employee, who says shame is a huge motivator for why there are so few leaks. "People would be pissed if someone else leaked something. You don’t betray the family," the employee said to Recode.

So, if Zuck is starting to plan for a 2020 campaign, some of those employees may be the first to know.
