Weekend joke - THE CHIEF PHARMACIST! A nice, calm and respectable woman who was married to a Marine walked into the Navy Hospital and went to the pharmacy and straight up to the Navy Chief standing behind the counter. She looked straight into the Chiefs eyes and stated.... "I liked to get some cyanide." The Chief asked,.... "Why in the world do you need cyanide?" The woman replied,.... "I need it to poison my husband." The Chief's eyes got big and explained,.... "Lord have mercy! I can't give you cyanide to kill your husband, that's against the law! I'll get court-martial! They'll throw us both in jail! All kinds of bad things will happen! Absolutely not! You CAN NOT have any cyanide!" The woman reached into her purse and pulled out a picture of her husband in bed with the Chief's wife. The Chief looked at the picture and said,..... "You didn't tell me you had a prescription..." p.s. As a reminder, I am NOT the original writer of all the "Weekend jokes", so I am NOT responsible for them. that's a funny joke..... it tells a good story how "motivations" can bring people to make choices they otherwise would not.

I am a Taiwan licensed pharmacist since 1977 and California licensed pharmacist since 1987. I have worked as self-employed at my own pharmacy, at Rite Aid Pharmacy, Kaiser Hospital Pharmacy and CVS Pharmacy all full time jobs. For all the pharmacies I have worked, no pharmacy carry "Cyanide". NONE. It is illegal to carry Cyanide in pharmacy. This is just a joke. Don't be serious. Honesty is the best policy.
