NY Times: Mueller has list of questions for Trump Special counsel Robert Mueller is interested in asking President Donald Trump a variety of questions related to the 2016 campaign and people who have figured in Trump's personal life, business interactions and administration, according to a list of questions for Trump obtained and reported on by The New York Times. The topics, which CNN previously reported can be classified into four main areas, involve questions about Trump's former national security adviser Michael Flynn, former FBI Director James Comey, Attorney General Jeff Sessions and any Russian coordination with his presidential campaign, according to The New York Times. Mueller is leading the investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election and if there were any ties between Moscow and Trump campaign associates. Trump has repeatedly denied collusion. Trump's legal team outlined nearly 50 questions for Trump about a variety of topics related to the 2016 campaign and his personal orbit based on their conversions with the special counsel, two sources told CNN. The list of questions for Trump was obtained and reported on by The New York Times on Monday. The Times report said it had condensed and paraphrased the questions themselves. Those paraphrased questions included, according to the Times: What did you know about phone calls that Mr. Flynn made with the Russian ambassador, Sergey I. Kislyak, in late December 2016? Regarding the decision to fire Mr. Comey: When was it made? Why? Who played a role? What discussions did you have regarding terminating the special counsel, and what did you do when that consideration was reported in January 2018? A source familiar with the matter told CNN in March that the President's legal team had created dozens of potential questions Mueller's team could ask in an interview based off the topics his team had conveyed verbally to Trump's team. On Monday evening, a source reiterated to CNN that the questions had been written by Trump's legal team, extrapolating from topics discussed with the special counsel, and confirmed the accuracy of topics as reported on by The New York Times. According to New York Times, Mueller has 4 dozen questions for Trump. Should Trump accept Special Counsel, Robert Mueller face-to-face interview? Trump's attorneys don't want Trump to talk to Mr. Mueller personally nor Trump to fire Mueller. Trump has fired FBI Director, James Comey then fired FBI Deputy Director, Andrew McCabe (26 hours before his retirement to get his pension for $160,000). Then Trump intended to fire DOJ Deputy Attorney General, Rod Rosenstein who is the only person can fire Robert Mueller. Then Trump can choose an attorney to replace DOJ Deputy Attorney General and agrees to fire Mueller. However, Trump's attorneys and many Congressmen and Senators warned Trump not to fire Rod Rosenstein in order to fire Mueller. Why did Trump fire or intend to fire so many attorneys? To stop investigation? Some of Trump's attorneys left the lawyer team. Trump's personal attorney for years, Michael Cohen's office and hotel have been raid by FBI. For all of these firing, did Trump committed "Destruction of Justice" to stop investigation? Few days ago, Trump called his favorite TV station, FOX, and admitted that his personal attorney, Michael Cohen has represented for him to handle the porn star, Stormy Daniels case. Trump has denied before, but now he called-in FOX News and admitted that $130,000 "hush money" matter. Trump's self-inflicted mistake on TV. Nobody could stop Trump's talking, till FOX anchor said "I believe you have million things to do"..... to cut off Trump. Honesty is the best policy.
