Trump's tariffs and Latino migrants policies influence

This blog is purely my personal opinion. I don't know how Trump's tariffs and Latino migrants policies will influence our economy in USA. I have viewed a video that farmers and fishermen got hurt the first.

In that video, many farm owners said due to the Trump tariffs that caused China, Canada, and many European countries retaliations to purchase our agriculture products. 1) China and Canada and Europe will cancel their orders to buy our soybeans, apples, oranges, potatoes, ... lobsters, ... 2) Those workers on the farm fields are mostly Latinos for "cheap labor". One of farmers said in front of camera that he voted for Trump twice (once for primary election and once for presidential election). The farmer is a strong Trump supporter who lives in middle of U.S.A. He said no other races will do harvest works, only Latinos. No White, no Black, no Asian are willing to do the farm works for the price farmers can offer. If Latinos don't show-up to work in the farm the fruits can't harvest and go wasted and rotten. One fisherman said China is the #1 lobster buyer. It is a "double whammy".

U.S. ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) has enforced their jobs to arrest undocumented migrants (mostly Latinos). Trump tariffs made other countries to retaliate and cancel orders. I hope Trump can really "make America great again" and "keep America great" as he thinks he is.

Stock market plunged on "fear of tariff retaliation" and uncertainty. Real estate is slowing down. I am an investor on both stock and real estate.

I feel Trump has divided people, further and further apart.

According to the most recent filing, 141 staffers who worked for the president at that point last year are gone, with 138 new arrivals. The figures don't include those who arrived and departed during the year. Some 61 % of Trump's senior-most aides have left the White House.

The White House's annual salary disclosure to Congress shows that more than 170 staffers received raises over that period, largely reflecting promotions. Jordan Karem, the former deputy director of advance and now the director of Oval Office operations, received a $50,000 raise to $165,000. First Lady Melania Trump's spokeswoman, Stephanie Grisham, received a $40,000 bump to $155,000. Research director Adam Kennedy, who was previously the deputy, received a $38,000 increase.

Sylvia Davis, a deputy policy coordinator, received the largest increase. She now makes 121%, or $85,000, more than the $70,000 she made as an assistant staff secretary.

New employees include National Security Adviser John Bolton, who makes the maximum $179,700 and deputy press secretary Hogan Gidley, who takes in $130,000 annually.

Senior advisers Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump still draw no salary, according to the latest disclosure.

Shares of Harley-Davidson already sank 8% this week after the motorcycle maker announced new tariffs from the European Union will cause a "tremendous cost increase," and Morgan Stanley says the company's problems go far beyond any import taxes. Harley worries the company "is engaging in a rather risky PR strategy" by calling out President Donald Trump, who triggered the European tariffs by levying a tax on imported steel and aluminum earlier this summer. Will Harley-Davidson really move production to Thailand or India to make its bikes for the EU market? This is the most recent "trade war" influence on the famous motorbike company.

I don't like Trump's personality, behavior, attitude, language, ... in other words, "core value". As a woman, I don't like to hear he said "grab them by the pu**y, you can do anything" and his extramarital affairs. His praise on NRA, his lack of empathy and compassion on less fortunate people. His Russia involvement. He has fired so many top cabinet personnel including former FBI director, James Comey and others. I wonder what his leadership will bring us to ..... His "America First" policy isolates from other countries? from tariffs to trade war? inflation or recession?
