Chinese need Democracy education China has only one political party that is CCP (Chinese communist party). They occupied China only 70 years and can't represent for 5,000+ years of China. Rummel, a professor of political science at the University of Hawaii, estimates that between 37 and 45 (WW2 ), the Japanese military murdered from nearly 3 to over 10 million people, most likely 6 million Chinese, Koreans, Malaysians, Indonesians, Filipinos and Indochinese, among others, including Western prisoners of war. Tens of millions of people were persecuted during the Cultural Revolution, while the estimated of deaths ranges from hundreds of thousands to 20 million, including Liu Shaoqi, the 2nd Chairman of the PRC. As you can tell China's Mao k*lled more Chinese people than Japanese. The massacre and carnage to the most intelligent professors, school principles, teachers, property owners, rich people, .... And yet, Mao's photos still hanging in Tiananmen Square and printed on their currencies, Renminbi. Why is the world top murderer's photo has been worshiped as their God for 70 years? Don't they know massacre and carnage are wrong? Do Chinese government love their people? Why Chinese people are forbidden to talk about "Cultural Revolution"? Chinese people became "silent lambs" for 70 years. The dictatorship and totalitarianism have been for 70 years. Because there is no bipartisan system in China, so that nobody could stop the massacre and carnage. The dead people died in vain and nobody dare to protest their government. Their economy recession for over years after 10 years Cultural Revolution. There were no school opened in that 10 years (no education). Chinese journalist Yang Jisheng concluded there were 36 million deaths due to starvation, while another 40 million others failed to be born, so that "China's total population loss during the Great Famine then comes to 76 million." The famine total death is more than Japanese k*lled Chinese during the WWII. The Tiananmen Square protests, commonly known in mainland China as the "June 4th Incident", were student-led demonstrations held in Tiananmen Square in Beijing during 89. The popular national movement inspired the Beijing protests is sometimes called the '89 Democracy Movement. The "tank man" was a famous picture in the world but thousands of Chinese students have been k*lled for the protesting China's government that similar to the six months protestors in Hong Kong. This failure of student protest has been years and been forbidden to talk about it. According to the Chinese government, 400 million births were prevented, starting from 70, a decade before the start of the one- policy. This is "One Baby Policy" in China. The female babies have been aborted or drowned. One woman who did abortion for pregnant women said she had aborted at least 6,000 unborn babies during her 4 years work. She is not a nurse or doctor. She finally quit. Falun Gong is a Chinese religious practice that combines meditation and qigong exercises with a moral philosophy centered on the tenets of truthfulness, compassion, and forbearance. There are reports saying that Chinese government arrested those Falun Gong people in jail and did blood test and sold their organs to the matched and rich people for organ transplantation with prices. There is a Israel MD told his patient that only 6 months to live if he couldn't find organ donor. That rich patient went to China and lump sum money for the organ he needed from an unknown Falun Gong person who was not volunteered to organ. This is a secret way to make large of for Chinese government. Wow, what a lucrative way to make bloody money. Yes, I know the massacre in Taiwan 70 years ago when Chiang Kai-Shek escaped from China to Taiwan in 49. It is called "February 28 incident". From Feb 28, 47 – May , 47 (78 days) thousand of Taiwanese died because the language barrier, Taiwanese didn't understand Mandarin Chinese and Chiang ordered to k*ll Taiwanese and had martial law for 38 years. My ancestors had been in Taiwan for 400 years, they came much earlier than Chiang. However, after Chiang died, his became Taiwan president and stopped martial law. I am a Taiwanese, don't like Chiang from mainland China. I don't need an Aussie to remind me many times. I know the story, my mom told me at home. I want to say the massacre is wrong, but at least Chiang let Taiwanese to learn English. Anyway, after his died, Taiwan became a Democracy country. We have had presidential election every 4 years, Mr. Lee Teng-Hui for years, Mr. Chen Shui-bian for 8 years, Mr. Ma Ying-jeou for 8 years who was graduated from Harvard Law School and current female president Miss Tsai Ing-wen who was graduated from London School of Economics and Political Science. There are three political parties in Taiwan. It is a democracy system. We can criticize government or protest or demonstration. The Hong Kong protest started from extradition because HongKongers couldn't trust China. Once people have criticized or different opinions with China, they might be arrested and send to China for trial and put in jail and died in China. I came to USA in 80 because China threaten to bomb Taiwan for 7 day and 7 night to flat. Base on the China's past massacre, my mom applied me to immigrated to USA when she had "Green Card" and a job to support me. USA granted my immigration visa just one month before president Jimmy Carter announced to abandon Taiwan and started diplomatic relationship with China. I have been in USA for 39.5 years. What is justice for those highly educated university professors, principals, scholars, teachers, property owners, ...? Why k*ll the most intelligent people by those rebellious teenagers "Red Guards"? Because those st*pid people are easy to brainwashed and fooled. Nobody can deny what CCP did during the 10 yrs of Cultural Revolution. Chiang retreated from China to Taiwan and murdered thousand of Taiwanese for 78 days. Mao k*lled tens million people in 10 yrs and became the top #1 murderer in the world and yet his pictures are everywhere and on every Reminbi currency and people worship him as God. In conclusion, Chinese people need democracy education, they need to form another political party and have presidential election every 4 yrs with two terms only. Interesting blog....very passionate about what is China and of course your experiences. I have always been fascinated by China, part of it is because of the recent history since Mao's rise (we were taught this in high school), but also of China's rich history prior to the rise of the communists. As you are aware many ex pats now call China home and absolutely love it there. But as we all now there is a fine line between civility and barbarity. Could China in time regress under Xi? Who knows...but like Russia and several African states and some in latin America, men like to hold onto power...the authoritarian playbook is always used....history constantly repeats itself. We as humans never learn.. My many Caucasian friends I have dated know the truth. They are all highly educated, i.e. Bank CEO/ Chairman, PhD physicist, PhD chemist, many attorneys, a CEO of "Patriot missile" company (he manufactures defensive missiles and sold to Taiwan), many psychiatrist MD, a pathologist MD (college professor, on Chinese FriendFinder ), an Orthodontist (on Chinese FriendFinder ), .... They are all very smart scholars, they know the true facts. I run away from communist to the democracy USA. I have traveled a lot of countries. I know very well about Chinese cruelty to their own people. My first job in USA was Loan Secretary at a bank and there was a old Chinese professor who was graduated for the best university, Chi-Hua. His many colleagues have been humiliated and k*lled in public. He has been kicked, hit and broken many ribs and spinal cord and knee cap, put in the jail and released to a wild rural countryside and ate tree roots during Cultural Revolution. He has done nothing (no protest to CCP ) but because he is highly educated university professor. His colleagues have been k*lled and left on the ground with hundred of corpses. No relative came to pick-up the bodies. The government had people dig a big hole and threw the bodies into it. Those who carried bodies finished the burial work and then communist guards k*lled. Those highly educated Chinese didn't have a graveyard, no coffin. I have heard so many highly educated Chinese who came to USA and told me their stories. They cried when said their fates. Why CCP want to k*ll intelligent college professors, principals, teachers because CCP deemed that smart people will confront CCP. So, k*lling is the way to shut them up and dead is ultimate solution to silent them. Actually no professor rebelled government. Honesty is the best policy.

No, you are wrong. The majority of Chinese population are very poor especially in rural area. People in rural provinces are illiterate and uneducated. Look communist North Korea, the country has money to build nuclear missiles threaten to bomb USA or at least Guam (that is U.S. territory). However, the people are so very poor that dying in famine. Do you know the The Four Asian Tigers or Asian Dragons are the highly developed economies of Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan. These regions were the first newly industrialized countries. I have NEVER admitted that I am a Chinese. Most of U.S. immigrants from Taiwan called themselves "Taiwanese-American" that includes me. I have always been fascinated by China, part of it is because of the recent history since Mao's rise (we were taught this in high school), but also of China's rich history prior to the rise of the communists. This Chinese FriendFinder automatic censorship machine has deleted many words in my blog. Those 4 digits years had been erased to be two digits. Please figure out yourself. All the word I typed "his son" had been deleted. The word "paid" lump sum money has been deleted. The person who was not volunteered to donate organs. The word "donate" has been taken out. I am a very honest and peaceful person, however, I am not dumb. I know the history. China won't allow their people to talk about Cultural Revolution, the Great Famine, Tiananmen Square massacre and Falun Gong and Tibet organ selling, abortion due to One Baby Policy, ..... Those are bizarre actions have repeated again and again. To stop their Chinese people to talk don't mean the whole world don't know about the facts. They continue to suppress Hong Kong and Taiwan. Hong Kongers protest because the fear to send to China and never return to Hong Kong (extradition). China bribed two countries in Africa in order to isolate Taiwan to comply their "One country, two systems". I came to USA in 19/80 on the fear of China's threaten of bombing Taiwan. They like violence to suppress Taiwan. I am in USA and want to talk about those crimes China has committed. If China wants to unify Hong Kong and Taiwan, they should have democracy policy. They thought they are rich country but actually they are NOT. Compare with 40 - 50 years ago, they have improved a lot but they are still communists. We can't trust them. Hong Kongers moved Taiwan after the turmoil in Hong Kong. China prohibited Hong Kong protestors to wear masks because China wants to use facial recognition CCTV cameras to arrest protestors and send them to China and never can return. Hong Kong and Taiwan have escaped from Cultural Revolution massacre and many crimes afterwards. However, we don't trust Chinese government. How much blood on their hands? China has air pollution, water pollution, and plastic pollution. Although they are 2nd largest trade country but their people average wage is still very low. China has many ghost town, ghost cities, ghost malls, .... The prices are too high for their people to own properties. My banker CEO/ Chairman friend went to China in April 20/07, I traveled to China in May 20/08, both of us knew you can buy the properties but can't own land. The land belong to government, you can only rent from government for 99 years. Once you sold, the 2nd owner need to continue for the years deduct from the time you owned. CCP has 70 years history, so in 29 years, the law will be changed. If you plan to buy properties in China, you better don't. They change law always. China can control their people with facial recognition CCTV camera, by massacre, and their people are "silent lambs". Are they morons? Why don't they protest for their human rights? Go figures!! Both mainland China and Taiwan have 70 years history. However, Taiwan has changed to Democracy policy after two Chiang died. We can criticize or even impeach the president, if he or she doesn't do a good job. So, those presidents have to perform a good job and love people. Nowadays, most presidential candidates have to speak some Taiwanese (local dialect) in order to gain their votes. In China, there is no another political party to "checks and balance" the leader of their country. They don't know how importance of "human rights" and freedom of speech, religion and press. What if one day, Xi wants to have another "cultural revolution" and massacre, can Chinese people silent again? Although Trump is not my "cup of tea", but he has never k*ll any American except that ISIL leader, al-Baghdadi. Although I don't like "2nd Amendment" g*n ownership in USA, I still love USA because there is a Democracy. In USA, we have bipartisan system, so Trump can't do whatever he wants. He is not above the law. But China is a communist country, there is even no VP or vice chairman or another political party to watch Xi's behavior. Honesty is the best policy.

I have sympathy and empathy for deplorable Chinese people. They don't know the importance of "Democracy". All they know is to obey and silence. Their government has totally controlled them Photo 1, 2, and 3: Cultural Revolution from 1966 until 1976. These 3 photos were taken in very late of massacre because at the beginning the photographers were k*lled. The poor people had been encouraged to go to colleges and took professors, principals, teachers, ... highly educated scholars to a large crowd area, put their names on a cone hat, humiliated them, kicked them, hit them before k*lled them. Mao used the rebellious teenagers called (Red Guards) to do those things. The communists are atheists and demolished churches, temples, ... I don't know why Mao's hatred intelligent or religious people. Photo 4: The "Red Guard" during cultural revolution period. The were young and ignorant and carried g*ns. Photo 5: Mao's photo. Mao created "People Liberal Military" to k*ll their own people especially target on rich and intelligent people. This is preposterous. After 53 years since the revolution, Mao's photos are still on Tiananmen Square and on every Renminbi. People had to recite his Red Book worshiped him as their God. Photo 6: The "Tank Man" stood in front of many tanks. Nobody knows if this tank man still alive or not, where he was afterwards. Photo 7: The university students protested at Tiananmen Square and they had been shot to dead. This is very similar to Hong Kong protest for the past 6 months. Hong Kongers and Taiwanese were lucky that escaped from the Cultural Revolution massacre. Hong Kong had been a British colony for 99 years. However, from the shameful colony and learned democracy knowledge and English education. Taiwan had been separated from China since 1949 when Chiang escaped to Taiwan. I have NEVER liked Chiang for 228 incident massacre. It seems that the leaders from China like to k*ll people. However, an Aussie is a communist sympathizer and keep remind me that 228 massacre. I was NOT born in 1947 but my mom told me the 228 massacre when I was a child. I was scared of China's massacre, so that I came to USA for a new life. I was a pharmacist in Taiwan and started over and became a Calif licensed pharmacist. Hong Kongers and Taiwanese don't believe in China's "One country, two systems". Honesty is the best policy.
