US Constituion First Amendment Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. The First Amendment guarantees freedoms concerning religion, expression, assembly, and the right to petition. It forbids Congress from both promoting one religion over others and also restricting an individual’s religious practices. It guarantees freedom of expression by prohibiting Congress from restricting the press or the rights of individuals to speak freely. It also guarantees the right of citizens to assemble peaceably and to petition their government. AFF denied my blog many times that violated my First Amendment Right "Freedom of Press". Honesty is the best policy. |

I am a Taiwanese-American who has residing in USA for near 42 years. I love USA and Taiwan. I am NOT a Communist Chinese. I follow every rule, law, and constitution. I know I have the Right to "Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Religion and Freedom of Press". I have NEVER been a violent person. I am a taxpayer. I came on Chinese FriendFinder since Sept 2004 and posted blogs to express of my thoughts, and discuss current events, music, travel, .... I wish "Peace on Earth". Honesty is the best policy.

I have resided in USA for near 42 years and followed U.S. laws, Constitution. I've NEVER violated any U.S. laws. I am a good U.S. citizen, but Chinese FriendFinder kept denied or erased my blog which violated U.S. Constitution First Amendment "Freedom of Press". I am frustration. I have dated many U.S. attorneys, I will ask them about my Rights. Is Chinese FriendFinder under CCP control? Honesty is the best policy.
