I don't know if this counts as "threatening to sue" or "offering not to sue," but Phil Reese, public relations manager for Jenn Sterger, said on the Dan Patrick Show that he and his would pursue no legal action against the NFL as long as Brett Favre(notes) gets suspended.

Sterger, of course, is the lady who is said to have received inappropriate voicemails from Favre, as well as inappropriate pictures.

( I read an items some time ago, which was discussing why white women, are the first to put sex up as a public spectacle item, when they don't get what they want).. The article, was stating that historically white women have been able to use sex to get what she wants and control situations, and they feel they have an unspoken right to cause any man havoc if she does not get what she demands. Is it because white men have hailed her as the ultimate prize and give her the false illusion that she can dominate or decimate his life, by the use of sex ?? Did man give her the false illusion that she is above other women, where she makes anything sexual, into a public spectacle - WHY???
