discoveries + "Men and belly fat" + Over-All Health

I think this is a study that should have been conducted long ago, yes, much is certain diet and exercise, but there is a gender aspect to it as well, because it is such a commonality in the world. some may be related to the conveniences we engage in how we live, as well as the ways we indulge or lack to indulge full range body motion as we age.



Its in some ways evident the older we get the more we may need to look at how we work our bodies, and we may need to manage to put more effort into toning more than muscle building. But learning equally so, the value of "water". the continual controversy about salt is equally so a matter, we need it, but we have to manage it, it can help one retain water, but it also can be equally so, part of helps our body dispense a variety of impurities, but we have to manage to be aware of the crystalline effects as well.
But also, learning the various oils that enter our body, there is vegetable oils, and a minor level of oils in various fruits, but we may certainly be of concern to be strongly managing the animal fats we ingest.

Next becomes, "what's on the food label"... unfortunate for us as a society, we use far too much preservatives, and we use far too many thing, that are manufactured mixtures used as preservatives.

Today, no matter what food one buys, there are thing within it one may find difficult to pronounce in the clinical term, but the producers won't use the layman terms, because we may simply avoid the products.

We are driven by many influence, work pressures, time sensitive objectives and duties, and this often times drive us to 'fast food places"
but again, we can be selective about which ones we frequently and which ones we utilize in a rarity situations.

We see many very wealthy people, who eat at what they call 'fine dining", the cut of the meat may be the best one can find, but we may know less about the sauces and prep of these products than we truly admit. It may not take a big portion, but we also must be aware that when we engage a particular taste and acquire taste for things, the basis of what makes that taste is also something we may consider on a dietary and toxicity inducing level as well.

Today it cost more and more to "eat well".. I've been fighting off a cold for a week, earlier In the week I made a "pork soup", and shared it with the people at work, and the next day, I made a salad with spring mix, and a variety of other vegetables, I blended two dressings, and we had it for lunch. Last week I made a chicken soup, with skinless chicken, it was good, but there is a slight difference in skinless chicken soup, and chicken soup with the skin, and there is a difference in the white mean and dark meat skin and bone in chicken soup. I'm trying to get people in the mode to make Tuesday or Thursday a "Salad Day"..

Actually I enjoy the cooking part, I just am not a very big eater, so I eat smaller portions, so its good I can share it, so I simply make a big enough pot so, it can be shared.

One day last week, I bought soup at subway, the beef soup was ok, but more juice than stock, then I one day I bought chicken noodle soup, there was barely any chicken or noodles in it. Last week, I bought a Chinese soups, and again, it was more juice than stock. but it beat the readily available fried chicken, there are many types of friend chicken places in every city, or the burgers or fried fish and bar-b-que or taco bell stuff, which is readily available.

In Los Angeles, I had a place I could order, "Wor Wonton", it was always back with lots of stock, but some items, were more low cost items than actually the things I'd like to add.

Today, I made Chicken Soup, I baked the chicken, it has cabbage, spaghetti,noodles, mixed vegetable, variety of seasonings, and I will add a bit of chicken gravy mix, to give it a thicker consistency. It has both red and white onion, and diced potato as well. But it is certainly "more than I can eat"..

Maybe I may simply freeze it in portions, and use it as Lunch a couple of days next week.

My next mission is to join the fitness gym, so I can go do 45 minutes around 5am, and I've began again to take my daily vitamins.

Quite interesting, before I left California, I walked and could walk very good distance, I rode my bicycle and had built up to ride good distance as well, I had weekly chiropractic visits, where I got therapeutic massages, and things were good in that sense,.. Here - the conditions of environment I found a bit different, the weather is unpredictable, and some times its simply excessively hot, and now its flashes of numbing cold. I don't particular like it, but here, the full flow of seasonal changes is a firm reality. therefore, this is where the gym may become more useful-

On the humor side of it all, next is to find a woman, who like some of this stuff, but also like the "other stuff', because that too is a part of full circle health. and it is quite a vital part of the human beings physical, and mental fullness.

I'm not sure if there is a right area to look for the right gene, other than extremely skinny couples. every group of people for some reason has, members who get fat and obese.
